    having problems already w/calls, tend to go in/out , diff hearing other end. phone tens to shut off whether in middle of something or conversation or not. battery is good. wouldn't recommend. feels kinda cheap to hold. what happened to good phones nowadays.

    this phone is ALL glass and is very slippery ...even with a glass protective shield the phone cracked after having it for only 4 weeks

    Nothing great to say, a basic nice phone. It's worked for only one and half years and the screen turned totally blank. No more in use.

    Charging port broke within 6 months

    If you like Andriod phones then this one is ok. I had forgotten how awful Android phones are. Now that I remember I'll be buying a new iPhone to replace this one. Can't wait.

    Battery run out faster fells like I am using more than year old phone. still new to use other feature so I do not know. Overall it is good at this price only battery issue

    Setup the phone first

    I'm a Motorola fan but this is the first time I have troubles setting up a phone. First I followed the instructions on screen to setup as always did, at point you need set the PIN to get unblock the screen the phone was frozen & nothing happened. I have to reset to factory mode to skip this steps and finally I make it after the phone got all updates you can setup the screen and transfer all you info through Gmail. Waste of time Motorola should include intructions about this issue.

    This phone is really heavy to me, and the battery life seems so weak compared to other phones I've had. Not really as happy with this purchase as I thought I'd be.

    Started out great. . . 7 months and battery is bad

    I loved this when I got it. . . . 2-3 days on a charge. . . now? I have to plug it in 2-3 times a day to get through the day. Disappointing.

    struggling -- Bad choice,did not want to lose rest

    Bought a computer in November of 2019 and had points that had to be used before expiring. Needed a new phone as old device was dropping calls not functioning. Sometimes I think it would be better to just have bought some stupid movies, cheap speakers, something else. If I had a little time , WOULD NOT HAVE Been my purchase. SPECTRUM would not even hook up the phone --back to METRO PCS -- NON STOP CRAZY ALERTS-- Not something I would recommend to a friend

    Much difficulty registering w Sprint.

    Overall experience was stressful. Best buy was focused on making a sale. Never had a Motorola phone before and found it difficult n over sensitive to navigate but eventually settled in. However, you must register phone online and this turned into a nightmare that I am still trying to work out. Unable to speak w a person and can't find a Motorola service place. Phone locked and now unable to connect to car Bluetooth, necessary for using phone while driving.

    Bought this a month before - speaker started giving problem... giving kirkir kind of weird sound then and there - from yesterday calls arenot showing up in screen when calls are received... i would have to call again back - checked with motorola customer care and they do want me to talk to bestbuy.... donno what best buy will say I bought this as my friends recommended....but im feeling sorry now.... not happy with this phone
