    My daughter has one of these and loves it. She has had no problems. My wife got one and liked it until she had audio quality problems during calls. I don't know what to tell you. We have owned moto G's since G4. Good value for the money, usually. But this time...???

Please go to Settings>Apps and notifications>Show all apps>Tap on the 3 dots on the right top>Show system>Dolby (or Audio effects)>Storage>Clear data and restart the phone, then open Device Help app>Device diagnosis>Hardware test>Receiver, make a call to check the audio quality.

    I used to love Motorola. Now Lenovo bought them and they've been downhill ever since. Maybe it's because it's Android 9 or a new model, but none of the Google Apps work correctly. Google Calendar is all sorts of messed up. The widget won't resize and you can't even change the day/week/month view without it reverting back every time to you click on anything. Gmail is a mess. All the settings are moved around and missing in some places. There's just no consistency. It's just a bunch of changes and oversights for the sake of saying it's new. Also the stupid "eardrop camera eye" hanging down in the front of the screen is so stupid and obstructive. It ruins watching videos. Absolutely no improvement that I can see. Nothing but headaches. Don't buy this!

    Not worth the money

    This is one of the worst phones I've owned! I was trying to save money on my cellphone bill by getting an unlocked phone. The sales person sold it as a great phone, but my guess is that's because he gets Motorola rewards when he sells their phones (he showed me all the cool stuff he's gotten with his points). I have to reboot the phone often to access my social sites - they just start clocking. I also have missed some texts or the texts arrive hours or days after they've been sent. I have even missed group texts my spouse received and we are on the same plan! I loved my Motorola Z3, but I wish I could send this one back! Of course I didn't start having problems until after the 14 day return window, so now I'm stuck.

    Oh god. I switched to this phone from an iPhone and it just didn’t do it for me. Cracked the screen and it was going to cost me 200$ to fix the screen—mind you I paid 400 for the whole thing originally

    Screen cracked after 2 of months of purchase at the corner without any drops of the phone. Some of my apps with video feeds would not work without my home wifi. Camera quality is not great.

    I guess you get what you pay for. One disappointment is the text screen, you only get to see two or three lines of your outgoing text as you wright it. Will go back to Samsung next time around.

    It freezes up CONSTANTLY. I have to restart it 2 -3 times a day. I don't even have that many apps loaded on it and am only using 1/3 of the internal storage. I'm so disappointed and frustrated.

    Moto G phones look good on paper, but don't last

    Straight garbage. I purchased this phone to replace my Moto G5 Plus that failed abruptly. This phone worked great for the first few months, but began experiencing decreased performance and significant battery degradation around the 6 month mark. The camera sucks and has pretty poor picture quality. I had to buy another phone at the 9 month mark. To top it off these phones have zero resale value, I couldn't even give it away even in near perfect condition.

    Motorola - Moto G7 with 64GB Memory Cell Phone (Unlocked) - Ceramic Black The cell phone is giving me technical problems I bought it at least a year ago and it is no longer working very well. This phone is very slow and that's why it considered that it is not a good phone even though it has 4 gigabytes of ram it still slow, it is also slow to charge the battery I also want to emphasize that it is already a model that does not have the Display DARK-THEME option and that is very inconvenient for the eyes

    BEWARE EXTREMELY FRAGILE

    Best Buy did not have any cases or screen protectors for this phone at all, so bought it and ordered those items from 3rd party online. Before could even receive them, phone dropped from only 18 inches onto pavement and screen completely shattered. It wasn't even a hard fall and many of my past phones have survived much worse. Although I could live with a broken screen, by the end of the following day the LCD display had gone completely black, so now I have a worthless phone that is less than 1 week old.

    Terrible design with poor quality glass in screen

    I've had this phone for less than month and the screen has cracked twice! I have a quality case on the phone. I have never cracked a phone screen before. The Gorilla Glass used is only Gorilla 3, which is an old design and only protects against scratches, not damage. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of this phone
