If anything, Best Buy honored the return within the purchase window. Excellent customer service. For starters, this phone had big issues right out of the box. The screen would flicker and often times would power up another website while for example my wife was on Facebook and the screen flickered and went to another site. I would not recommend this phone.

Decent Specs

The screen produces ghost images of previously open apps which persist and it outright glitches constantly in some apps. The phone also lags, freezes, requiring numerous hard restarts, it has a terrible battery life overall and is generally a lemon out of the box. DON'T BUY THIS ONE.

Spent hours on Youtube and other sites looking up fixes something I rarely did with an iPhone. Don't waste your money or time on this phone I know in this day and age $300.00 isn't a lot for a phone but even at that it should last more than a year.

And, when I want to hang up, it is still dark not allowing me to tap the red phone receiver. When I get a message, it is almost impossible to know. I have to call for messages because there isn't a notice that any exist. Terrible!

My settings seem to change themselves, it does not recognize my sd memory card, the photos come out grainy, it randomly turns off the ringer and notification sounds so I miss a lot of phone calls and messages. This phone is inexpensive for a reason.

I think the phone is very underpowered for the price. I know it's a low budget phone but I have used better ones out there for around the same price. The brightness level isn't good when outside and the battery life is poor. I would not recommend this phone.
