    Sometimes it rings and sometimes it does not! Sometimes the text message will notify me by sound most times it will not. I have missed important calls because there is not sound when it rings. I have made sure that the do not disturb if off and I have googled help. Nothing works!

    This phones looks very sleek. I read want to like it, but it’s hard to find WiFi signals even if I stand right next to the router, my other phones all could get strong signals in the house. This is the only phone I used that can’t even pick up the WiFi. Very frustrated! I want a refund!

    For the price, it would be hard to get more value for your money. The screen is vibrant, clear, and bright. Make no mistake--this is a large screen/phone. Unless you're 7 feet tall, you won't have a thumb that reaches to the top of the screen. I knew that going in, so I'm OK with it. I just put all the apps I use closer to the bottom of the screen within thumb reach. The processor, though not the latest and greatest, is sufficiently fast for even light gaming. And the dual cameras are surprisingly good for a phone in this price range. I especially like some of the gestures Moto included. For example, produce a chopping motion twice and the flashlight comes on. Very handy. It feels good in the hand, but is a little slick. However, it's slim and looks great. So far, battery life has been good, allowing me to go a full day with no issues. If you're tired of $1000 phones, like I am, this one will do everything you need to do for less than a third of that. I highly recommend it.

    Lost contacts, messages and calls that were supposed to download from the cloud. Google trumped all of my data and over-road any information that I had uploaded. I returned the phone and bought the same one through Verizon that has worked just fine.

    I had to return this phone after one day. When you turned the media volume down it would automatically turn down the ringer volume. Would not stay connected to Wifi. Several issues.

    Really like the phone

    Same day that I activated the phone, the screen would fade out. Fortunately it was in the 14 day grace period and I was able to return it. Purchased it on the 7th, activated it on the 19th, return it on the 20th.

    After an upgrade, it will not look as it is in the picture. If you get it from the carrier it will work. I had to input al of the network settings to get it to work. Buying an unlocked phone has it's ups and downs

    This phone is ok if there is no choice, as an unlocked phone should have all the eff functionality, but doesn't work with some carriers, for example: I have T Mobile and some apps like SMM does not work.

    This phone is the worse choice I mad it’s gon good at all and I broke the screen but there were no way to replace it I have to pay $169 to replace the screen and I bought it by $170 so I’m not recommend it at all

    The phone itself is nice, but I will be returning it because no matter what I do, I cannot get Google Assistant to answer without pushing the home button. Anyone have a workaround for this issue?

    Bought this for my mom in law and she claims her phone is not getting calls from other people and is not sending texts sometimes. Looked it up online and it seems to be a widespread issue.

    Best Buy sucks. They have no inventory. They did not have the product I wanted to buy in any color other than black!!! Frys has a much bigger inventory and choices. I'm out.

    This phone was the worst phone I've had since my first bag phone. It was so user UNFRIENDLY I returned it in 2 days and purchased a Samsung. It will be my last Motorola.
