What a great phone camera is awesome easy to use love it

Call BB for advice when my phone failed, talked to I believe was Daniel. She was very helpfull and I told her I was an electronic illiterate. Purchase the phone that night and went in the next day to pick it up. Was helped by Rachel who did an outstanding job and was very thorough and patient with me. Oustanding Service in every respect.

Like Motorola features...been a fan for years! And the price is right!

I am disappointed with this phone. It acts up, it often has to be turned off (airplane mode) and back on again to restore internet. The text don't deliver oftentimes for a long time, or will show as the past day text when it was not sent in the past but was sent that day or that minute! so you actually have to look through the text tread from days past to find the text you just sent or received. It has no notification light to let you know you got a new text and no notification at all if you have a voice mail, you have to randomly call voice mail to see if you happen to have any messages. The icons and notification I've had on every other phone I've ever had. I've not had these text, or internet connectivity issues on any of my past phones and I'm still with the same carrier. Physically Its a bit too narrow too, The sound is not so good either. It has a few disappointing quirk's that I come across while using it but can't remember right now, I just know I kept feeling annoyed when using it in the begining and still do. I don't know if any of the issues are due to it being an unlocked phone or it's just the phone as my past phones were designated for my carrier, but I don't enjoy this phone, and it's missing even basic conveniences that all my past phone have had.

This is a good phone for the price. The camera is just reasonable, not very good and not that bad. The phone is comfortable to hold in one hand. Fingerprint sensor works reasonably.

not horrible but once again Motorola is stingy when it comes to there processors and this phone like any other midrange moto device lacks performance. would recommend for anyone thats not a gamer

Purchased this phone at Best Buy. They easily transferred all my data from my old phone. They are extremely helpful and got my phone going fast. I like purchasing my cell phones from best buy: No contract with the provider and can move anytime I want and the phones are much cheaper at Best Buy. Win Win

I needed to replace my cell phone because I drowned my previous one. I was used to it, so this new one does it's job. I am NOT a tech savvy person so I need more time to truly appreciate aall it can do for me.

It is nice and sleek phone. It installs apps fast, runs just about any game if your that type of phone user and really does anything you would want out of a phone. Camera quality isn't the greatest though.

I got the phone in excellent condition open box. I think this was the easiest phone to transfer all my apps and contacts as well as settings. It asked me once if I wanted to set up phone and then it did the rest
