It's got crisp screen display,made for ease of use. Wish camera was slightly faster as the shutter speed is kind of slow. But overall super happy with this phone

The price was right, I did not do enough research. It is a good phone and feels well-built. My issue is that it does not allow for Wi-Fi calling. I did not even think that was an issue when it was replacing an older phone. I also notice it struggles when the mobile signal is weak. It works fine on wifi for all non-calling/messaging. It does not come with a voicemail app. It is a 2019 model so I am not sure how much longer it will be supported with updates.

She was already familiar with Motorola and was able to enjoy it right away. Phone had a great sale price from Beat Buy and the order was shipped and received promptly.

The Best Buy site said it could be used with Boost Mobile. It can't. I was mad. I switched to Mint Mobile. I had the GPS service drop out in the middle of Kansas City where there should be great coverage. The phone itself is great though.

I called and have to go back to store wait again to get in to get this service. I'm really not wanting to go back to store, and now with lockdown, my time will expire to purchase plan.

Bought 3 more after I bought it for myself. Now my wife and kids have the same phone . Best mid-range phone out there now. Keep in mind that I bought mine a year ago and it's still rocking!

When this Moto One Action came out I thought I would give it a try. Nice overall , but locks up and lags quite a bit. Dropped from about 2.5 feet high screen shattered on impact. That 2 1/2 feet. Can't just replace glass but the frame band around it as well. Probably go back to using my Nokia and sell this one on eBay once I get it repaired. Very disappointed in the quality but the near vanilla Android is nice and got Android 10 about 2 days later after setting her up.

Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Haven't been to thrilled with this phone about a .month after getting it it began shutting itself off randomly and the only way to get it to turn on is by holding the volume and power button for a hard restart. Rather disappointed and not really reliable if you use it for an alarm clock. I ended up giving it to my son to use for games and buying a different phone for myself. Not exactly what I was looking to do with a $300 investment.

She loved the slim design and said it reminded her of one of the latest Samsung phones. I don't particularly like the front-facing camera because it cuts off a piece of the screen but my wife didn't seem to mind.
