Feels like I'm using the same thing with no new options . Was looking for something like face time duo was a let down .

Bought this phone for my kid and use it with Mint mobile. The phone was released recently and it has all the features she wanted.

I like many of Motorola's features along with they way the phone works. However, I found to processor to be too slow for my liking.

I had a moto e5 play before, and that was a good phone but it started getting outdated. So I needed a new phone. The Moto One Action is an, out of 5. Its is a 2/5. Camera is work only 80% in a week. Its really hard to focus on this camera. Sound quality is the worst. No bass at all. If you want to listen to songs you need a speaker. I don't know if this is googles fault? but "Hey Google" worked at first then after a month "Hey Google" just stopped. I need use the command manually. When I got the phone first after 1 week the phone just stopped working. Nothing happened, I had full charge. Then after a day the phone woke up and decided to work. Phone is a little snappy. The color says "Denim Blue". It looks more like black. This is not the phone for you. The specs sound good but actually suck. Whenever I use Google Maps, the phone goes in super slow mode. Like the phone is sooooo slow and never acts quick. Facial Recognition HARDLY works. Buy the new Oneplus NORD. I am not sponsoring. But that cheaper and better specs. Moto e5 play was good. Camera was good and sound quality was the BEST!.

The speakers has suddenly stopped working until I restart the phone. They will work and began not to work 15-20 minutes after getting the device back on. Afterwards I will have no sound until I do a restart of my device. I only have 20 minutes of sound at a time before I have do frequent and constant restarts. I am very unhappy after spending over $220 to have a piece of garbage two months later! I want this fixed.. refunded I want to return it or just have it thrown in the trash. I've already performed factory resets. Same issue. This started around two weeks ago. It claims I am past my return period on bestbuy so after reading this review please contact me and advise me where to ship this garbage.

Inexpensive and works similar to previous Samsung phones. Only thing I don't like is it can be unresponsive here and there.

It is a stylish phone. It has a good camera. The touch screen is not very responsive.

Very good phone, I've been using it for month now and it still surprises me every time I get and update on android

Overall, I like the phone but coming from a Samsung device there is a learning curve because things are a bit different.

The phone runs pretty smooth. The screen is bigger than my previous phone which allows me to see more in the page. The speakers are a good, and is easy to use. The battery life last a good amount of time.

Got this for my son. He complained alot about his old phone. Doesnt complain about this one. That's a win if you ask me

Ok but the narrow screen cuts content. My phone also seems slower and lacks connectivity where previous phones had no issue.

This phone came with no bloatware which I love. Battery life is awesome. There's nothing fancy, nothing overwhelming. Works well for day to day.

My only complaint is I wish it came with instructions in booklet form. Or very least where you could tap and it would take you to place to solve your problem.

I like the form factor of this phone, and it's super easy to use. Screen is beautiful, and cameras are awesome. Battery life, performance...all very good.

I purchased this unlocked cellphone recently at the Best Buy store. My experience in the store at time of purchase was great. I was initially pleased with the phone. However I soon found out that this is the first phone I've owned that will not send and receive pics via text. This is very annoying. I took the phone to my carrier (Metro) and was advised to go to Best Buy because it's not a service issue it's the phone. I have 2 other lines on my plan who have no problems with pics on text. When I went to Best Buy the associate tried a couple things in the settings and then said that I have to call Motorola. I just purchased this phone a couple weeks ago and they won't do anything!! Extremely disappointed with Best Buy and this is not my first time dealing with inadequate service for cellphones. I am a former employee and I was hoping that this would be a quality experience. I will NOT deal with this again!!

Nice midrange phone.a little slow for me, but still a great midrange phone.

Great phone! It's good in a sneaky way. Not gonna see a lot of these in the wild but it's snappy, crisp screen, long battery, software supported for 2 years, unlocked, WiFi calling, volte, good feel in hand.

Phone has great color and image quality. Phone cases are hard to come by, it does come with a free clear case.

I've been looking to purchase this phone since the first time I received the email from Motorola. When the time finally came, I purchased 2, one for my wife the other for myself. Had them for a few days and took a trip to DC. My wife's phone kept freezing on her and when she she switched from camera to video or vice versa, it would take more than 15 seconds to switch. Returned to BBY and got a new device. Now, as far as my phone, I also have issues. The phone freezes on a lot of apps. Un install, re install. Somehow, the phone unlocks in my pocket a d a few other glitches. My biggest disappointment with the device is the camera. Now, you can say it's not a flagship phone yada, yada. I understand. But this was what made me purchase the phone in the first place. The Moto website boasted the camera. I have 2 boys under 4, and all I do is take pictures and videos and man what a disappointment. Now less than a month later, the introduce the one hyper, and according to the phone specs, probably the phone I should have purchased. I've been a Motorola fan since the StarTac, but in my opinion, the dropped the ball on this device.
