    Head high hopes for this phone. It began with being able to call an Apple phone user and kept getting worse with not being able to call an emergency contact with an Android phone. The 2 most important people could not be contacted. The call would ring 1 time then hang up. The other intended receiver of the call would call back asking if a call was made to them. These were sometimes scheduled calls. Issue #2 the voice-mails if received would arrive a week later from the day sent. #3 could not receive pictures or some texts. Of course this happend adter the 14 day return time. These could also be carrier issues. Although we have four different models of phones with in the fàmily. Apples, Samsungs and another former Motorola. So we bought an A42 from Samsung to try it.

    I had a Motorola e5, when I would use it, in a matter of 3 minutes the screen would be hot to the touch. Defect big time. So I went with the one action. I like motorola features. During the first charge it was smoking hot. Piece of junk. Returned it, best buy waived the return fee. I would have been smoking hot if I was charged.

    i don't know i mean the product is only as good as its software and the ability to let user make choices to change settings

    Phone is slow and takes while to update and doesn't play certain videos on social media feed

    I HAVE HAD SEVERAL ISSUES WITH THIS PHONE. I HAF TO HAVE METRO PCS RESET MY SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES BECAUSE I COULDNT CALL OUT AND MY NUMBER WAS COMING UP RESTRICTED, THE SIGNAL ISNT VERY STRONG. IM DISAPPOINTED HOWEVER I HAVE DROPPED IT SEVERAL TIMES WITH NOTHING BUT THE CASE THAT CAME WITH IT AND NO SCREEN PROTECTOR AND IT IS FINE

    Good phone for light users

    Phone has a cheap plastic body. The software is slow compared to a high end phone like an Iphone 11. You cannot be heavy user if you want this phone. Also I had an issue with this phone, I cannot recall what it was I think it was sim card problem or battery life problem. Finally I returned it and got an Iphone 11.

    I've never had a phone freeze up like this before. I find myself having to reboot this phone all the time. Very annoying. And now the Best Buy is closed because of the virus, I'm stuck with this.

    Don't waste your money on this phone. This is the most awful phone ever! I have had a hard time switching from looking up thing on the web to using my phone as a phone. Most times I have to restart my phone 3 times until it has some type of signal bars to call out. I wish this phone would do be wifi capable for calling as my previous Motorola Z phone did. And most of my text in the past is undelivered. So I have to fight with my phone to deliver properly. I hate this phone. It was the worst investment ever!!!

    Some Apps doesn't work

    Facebook messenger video calls doesn't work even some other video call apps, it cannot establish a connection on my existing verizon plan , got a nano sim on my old phone, i returned it to bestbuy they did try everything to fix the issue but it ended up swapping it with other phone. Bestbuy staff even get me new sim that i didn't ask for as i told them there's nothing wrong with my sim they charged me $20 for that and a restocking fee of $45.
