    Got the phone 1 month ago and the speaker almost never works. Best buy fix your return policies. I've had this less than 1 month.

    Lower microphone stopped working!

    This phone looks nice, and it has some smooth software, but the camera isn't the best and it has no kind of quick charging - it takes forever to charge and the battery isn't great. The lower microphone also randomly stopped working for me, meaning I can't do video calls or speaker calls. Tried asking best buy for an exchange but they were no help, and Motorola/Lenovo has many people talking about this problem but no solution. Pretty disappointed because my first impressions were alright. Buy another phone.

    I got the phone set it up and had to take it back I had to press multiple times for one letter or symbol and it was delayed

    Really ended up hating his phone. The Moto features where you twist your hand or you shake the phone and the phone performs an action is really cool but other than that I just hated it. It's slow, the phone actively refused to work with several of my Bluetooth devices, Google password would not work with any of my apps and would suddenly work with my online logins even using chrome. the camera was very very beyond poor in low lighting. My first digital camera for 1998 took better shots at night. And charging for the phone is also very slow considering others and it was minus quick charge...

    I've missed every call, notification, and text message sent to me while the device was in vibrate mode. As the phone will vibrate during its startup process, I'm left to believe that there is a software issue causing the problem.

    Phone is not compatible with Boost

    Salesman insured me that phone was Boost compatible to make his sale got to Boost store for activation...I can make calls but not receive calls...and it was a Christmas present and now no best buy won't even look at it without a fee because of 30 day warranty expiration...I would have tried it out earlier but Bestbuy usually sold the best products you didn't have to worry about a warranty, but this purchase was made in St. Louis Missouri, when I buy from NYC the equipment always work with no problems.

    This was a very disappointing Motorola moto one action cell phone, this was an open box and said it was in excellent condition, however, when we opened it came with no sim slot tray and there was a piece missing and the sim pin tool and booklet were also missing. There were also some scratches on the screen. The other site also has a brand new phone at the same price.

    I love buying Motorola phones. The Moto One Action is the worst Motorola phone I've ever purchased. If you launch Pokemon Go, LTE service drops immediately and you have to wait up to 5 minutes for it to turn back on. I've tried everything I can to mitigate it, but I'm finding other issues as well. For instance, If Im charging phone and launch ANY app, LTE goes out. As soon as I unplug, LTE comes back on. I know it's not a coverage issue because I've lived in the same spot with perfect signal for the last 10 years. This is getting returned. I gave it a shot, but this is ridiculous.

    Purchased this unlocked and it can’t be turn on. They must have sent me an locked phone. The cellular provider says it is locked. Could not go to bb because my husband had COVID and I had to quarantine. Now bb is saying it is past the date to return it . I’m stuck with a phone I can’t use and I am currently out of a phone because my old phone isn’t working either

    New phone for my daughter was a disappointment. Malfunctioning in the first week of purchase. She returned to the store and they issued a new one ----- hope it performs better.

    This is a piece of garbage. It does what ever it wants to do. Aps open when you are trying to do something. I called to try to get the problem corrected. I was told I must call the manufacture because the store has 14 day return policy I was never advised to come to the store, so they could look at my phones. I bought 2 phones and both are doing similar things However the number that I was given was a wrong number I am still trying to contact someone to talk to about my phons

    Everything was great for about two weeks then the camera motor went out so it's only allowing pictures to be taken in selfie mode. Just in time for the return/exchange window to expire. Have to take it to a repair shop and pay for a brand new phone to be fixed so I'm not without one for more than a day or two. Not pleased with the purchase at all.

    This was a Verizon prepaid phone, unlocked. I have been working with Verizon for six weeks trying to sort out reasons why I cannot receive MMS photos. I am told by Verizon that this is an occurrence that happens frequently with unlocked phones not set up with Verizon specs. Should I have known that, should I have been told that by Best Buy reps, I would never have bought this phone. I will never purchase another phone by Best Buy again

    Crap! Do not buy this. I was shipped a phone that did not even fit in the box. After opening, it was clear that the phone was USED. Last time I checked, this was not a refurbished or used model. Will never buy from Motorola or Best Buy again, and this is coming from an Elite Plus member!

    I am sure that the majority of the issues that I have are operator trouble, however, I find this a very frustrating phone. I had an LG for years and never any trouble. Got this one and hate it. It takes pretty pictures, as long as you don't want to share them with anyone. Has a help feature, Did everything suggested. Still doesnt work
