    Bought because of price. Did not work very well. My 3 year old Samsung s8 works much better. Sometimes calls don't go through. I don't receive text messages and unable to pick up phone signals. Only works well when connected to wifi.

    No Sim Card Slot

    Bought this for use with Boost Mobile as it said it was compatible at time of purchase, but now it's not compatible. I don't know what happened & with only 15 day return policy, I don't know if I can get store credit. This phone also doesn't have a slot to add a Sim card or to increase storage.

    Had this for less than a year and ditched it. The fingerprint scanner isnt reliable forcing you to type all your passwords. Text pictures wouldnt send. And if it did it could be up to a day later. All around a bad phone

    I bought a phone but left before getting it completely set up because I didn't feel safe in your store. Both employees and customers wore their masks below their noses and mouths. Got out of there as quickly as I could. Won't be back

    And paid extra for the activationSo to me activated would be my phone would be working but I still do not have it so I can call her use it so I’ll pay the extra money for I don’t know why waste!!

    Within 2 weeks it would not charge. I got home from work and put my phone to charge and noticed it was not doing anything. Returned.

    Boost mobile not compatible.

    Best Buy has it as BOOST Mobile compatible. I tried activating myself, boost store,on line and customer service. It is not compatible with Boost mobile. I returned it.
