    Got this for my dad and I never had a smartphone give me such frustration. Worst thing I ever got for him and I'll never get Motorola again. The reason why is the UI makes it unusable for me. For my dad it's OK but everything I tried to do to personalize and organize were met with a challenge. It was to the point where I gave up and kept it all default. This has a stupid screen size ratio and the horrific Android One system so mesh those two together and you got a POS. Would only recommend if you need a low budget replacement for someone who isn't great with tech.

    This phone is nothing special and feels kind of clunky. I was advised it was an upgrade to my previous phone, but in fact, I believe it it was a down grade. Best Buy deceived me.
