Old phone was a LG V20. New phone is just as tall but narrower; fits better in the hands. Phones is responsive and does all the basic tasks a phone should. perfect for the needs of folks who do not desire to spend a thousand dollars on a phone.

Great price, Easy to navigate. Great for watching movies/videos with the wide screen. The action feature works well and good for when u need quick response, like turning on the flashlight...

Pretty snappy phone. The camera is pretty good, but not great in low light situations. Black levels of the screen are not very dark.

The only thing I could find questionable about this phone in all the reviews was battery performance. it has been an all day phone from the start. Generally with average use it has about 65% at the end of day. After a hard days use I have always had +35% left. I put a little app called Turn Off Screen (Lock Screen) by redmanit on the phone so before I put it in my pocket I can shut the screen off with the touch of it's Icon. Saves battery and power button use. Makes this the perfect phone.

Great phone for the price. Fast, easy to use, and this model fits well in petite hands. Pre-selected ringtones are somewhat annoying.

I like this phone, a lot more advanced than my last smartphone lg. This phone has more space and fingerprint, face, and screen lock to unlock if you prefer. Worth the price.

I am new to smart phones (Ok, hold the snickers...my flip phone was very reliable), but this phone has been easy to learn and it is great to be able to access the internet without running to my computer. Two thumbs way up!

Overall the phone is a great phone. Bought it for my husband. He said it took a little while to getting used to and figure out the functions & features. Price was reasonable especially for being an unlocked phone.

I'm really trying to like this phone my only complaint is that I have a hard time when I receive files like a picture. I have to turn it on and off in order to get the file to download. The phone is a great value just wish it would work right.

I purchased this phone having purchased a Moto phone for my son who has had it for years. I previously had LG phones. I must say that for the price, the quality of this phone is great. The screen looks good, very large. The cameras work great. The battery lasts me all day. My only complaints would be getting use to the "black spot" on the screen (where the camera is), the speaker phone isn't especially loud, and the lack of wireless charging. For the price I was able to spend I wasn't going to be able to get wireless charging on a name brand phone, so I was okay with that. This phone has been nothing but great and I highly recommend if you are looking for a less expensive, quality phone.

Software is very fast and reliable... The camera is awesome for video and normal pictures, phone is great especially for the price, and it has a great memory capacity
