Customers are saying

Customers highly value the Moto X (4th Generation) for its excellent camera, affordable price, and long battery life. Many users appreciate that it is unlocked, waterproof, and easy to use. However, some customers have concerns about its limited internal storage, durability issues after extended use, and speaker volume.

I have had the phone for a little over a month now, and have been enjoying the ease of use and fun functions.... The Moto action functions are fun and very useful.

Stock phone from Motorola is good without any random apps preinstalled. Phone is easy to use. Battery life, however, seems to drain too fast even on idle

Needed to replace my Google Fi phone. Pleasantly surprised by this phone. My only complaint would be the slippery back which has slid off surfaces like it had been lubricated. Fast, responsive and just the right amount of features and options.

Not the most high end phone with all of the bells and whistles. It feels a little behind the times with the tech and specs but my dad could care less

The phone is very high quality. A bit smaller than what I'm used too, but typical Moto style. Very slick back material. Solved that with a new case.

If I bought a $750 or $1000 phone, would it last 3 to 4 times as long as this Moto? Latest Android software without bloatware, smooth and fast operation. Mike at Best Buy made replacing broken phone, contract and carrier fast and easy.

I recently bought a Motorola AndroidOne which was more expensive than this phone and it had so many issue that I actually switched back to using my Moto x⁴! It's certainly a solid phone.

This phone had it all, including a huge bezel, but not stereo speakers. BUT, it could link up 4 BT speakers in unison. Front flash, decent camera, mid-tier SoC and 3GB RAM, for a great price, at the time.

Purchased because old phone died and wanted phone that worked with project fi run by Google. I am impressed with the phone for the features and responsiveness. I'd pick this phone any day over an over priced Samsung or Apple.

Advanced dual rear cameras for your best photos yet. Plus, a beautiful contoured glass and metal frame with an IP68 water resistance rating. On the other hand, I hear hissing noise while making and receiving calls. People keep complaining it's hard to hear from me or there is noise during the call. I suggest wait for the price drop. Good phone but definitely it's not worth $400 or $350. I'd said no more than $250.

Bought this phone for my wife, she's loved it so far. Finger print wake is fast, browsing and navigating the phone is snappy. Oreo has a bunch of new features she still discovering. Can't beat it when on sale.

This is a gorgeous phone with performance to match. Motorola is offering a great value here. Quick charge, expandable memory, decent camera, strong processor. What more can you ask for around $300?
