It does not have all the bells and whistles. Very limited sound selection and ringtones. Very little directions either on phone or on line. Still trying to figure out how to do some items individually.

Too complicated

I had a hard time trying to figure it out. I got frustrated and went back to my old phone. Unfortunately, I waited too long to return it. So I am stuck with a new phone that I never use.

Don't switch vendors

It's OK but the learning curve drives me crazy. Would love to go back to Samsung, but don't want to throw away the $ I spent on this one.

Was good while it worked
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.7 months and suddenly phone would not turn on - requested replacement through protection plan, the replacement phones screen will fall to sleep after 15 seconds, even with this setting set to 5 minutes. Attempting a second replacement...what a hassle.
