I would not buy again. In 4 weeks and in a case, the screen should not crack! Also, compared to Samsung difficult to use. Salesperson was nice.

I purchased this un-blocked Motorola cel phone to be used during our vacation in Spain. It does not work. We went to vodaphone, MOVISTAR, orange, and others and none of the companies could get there chips to work with this phone. I had told the Best Buy sales person that I was going to use the phone during my trip in Europe, but my guess is that she was not aware that this phone does not work with the SIM cards in Spain. I am planning to return the phone when I get back, since I could not use it.

i bought this phone to present someone outside US. and phone is not waking up from the day one. am not sure this phone has international warranty if not i have to get back to US to repair. i wouldn't expect these kind of issues with the brand new phone. i think twice before buying any moto products.

Audio is terrible Miss my Samsung 6 unhappy with it.

This Motorola droid X is the best phone I have had yet. It's 2 1/2 yrs old and still holds a charge great! Usually 50-60% when I go to bed. The turbo cord is just that! I can forget to charge, wake in the morning and plug tfor an hour and I'm 100%! Only downfall is 32 gig instead of 64. But excellent for a first for teens or matures that don't live on their phone. 5 stars!!

I go the phone because of the price and it was supposed to be Alexa integrated which I was really excited about. Well immediately I had troubles. The Moto Alexa App did not work..in fact it wouldn't even download. It said "Your device is not compatible with this version" I searched high and low on the internet for a work around and nothing worked. I contacted Motorola and they said it was a bug and I would just need to take back my phone. Well that's inconvenient. I decided to see how it worked otherwise because I wasn't sure if the Alexa feature was worth it (I had already set up everything and had everything downloaded). Then about 3 weeks later I got an update. The update changed my settings so that my volume buttons only worked for media volume. This must be a bug right?? I had to go into setting manually to turn my ringer up or down. I contacted support because this was not okay, I am in and out of meetings a lot and need to adjust my ringer constantly. They told me it was intentional. When I agreed to the update, it told me it could change my settings. WHAT?? I understand I gave them permission to do it (what exactly I didn't know at the time, the changes were not listed out) but why would that be changed to the default?? Support told me my only option was to try and find a third part app that would give me back the ability to adjust my ringer volume with the buttons. At this point I am done. Taking it back and steering clear of Motorola. The camera worked fine, microphone actually sucked (half my conversations went like this "what? I cant hear you?", but everything else was as expected. Would not reccomend it.
