Frequently must go outside for signal even for a call or text, grrrr. Screen icon says 3G, though I have a 4G plan. At times deletes things without prompting, but will reappear 2 days later. IT people know Androids couldn't figure it out. It's the first time I didn't buy a warranty as I there was never any issues with previous phones. Lesson learned and I will probably have to get another phone before winter due to phone not working inside, and yes, all settings have been checked out. I would not recommend this phone to anyone. However the staff at Best Buy are number one in my book

He used this for one year and switched out to Samsung A series. This doesn't have any Connect to TV function, and it indeed is not that great phone. Just mediocre phone at best and I regret paying hundreds of dollars as a gift for my buddy.
