It has a very fast down loading. The last software update kinda messed with the answering, but we got it figured out. She likes it now.

Typical Android phone with new style charger (not turbo). Should have received car charger but didn't. Many apps that are not useful.

Replaced a Motorola G4. The G4 worked well for 2.5 years then just stopped making calls. The MotoX seems to be a higher quality phone. It performs well. If it Lasts 2 years I will be satisfied.

This phone is not the best, you can’t hear the person you’re talking to and they can’t hear you. My Dad bought this as a replacement phone and can never hold a decent conversation, tried to call Motorola and they gave some advice but the phone still doesn’t work.

Great price, unlocked, does everything I needed, and as an added bonus its waterproof. Got a great deal on it to replace my G5 which fell in the toilet!

This is my fourth Motorola. So far it is quite similar but I have noticed the battery isn't as good as my last phone.

The Moto X4 Android One is a great deal for under $200. Get the 64 GB phone because 32 GB is not enough memory.

    Glitchy

This Moto x4 operates to be a device that can, for the most part, function as a basic smartphone. It is very glitchy, however. I've been using it for 4 months and the biggest con is the sound quality, or the lack thereof. Too often I cannot hear the person on the other end at the start of calls. They say they can hear me, however. I have to end the call and call back before the sound will connect. It's almost like some type of lag. Also if switching between speaker and handset, the sound blanks out for at least two to three seconds. It's almost like it's trying to reconnect when switching between the two. The keypad is sometimes not responsive. If you are on a call that requires number entry for responses, sometimes the phone will not recognize key presses. The camera is okay. I had a Samsung Galaxy S7 prior to this and that camera was far superior. This one has nice features but the basics are a miss; poor ability to capture light and blurry pictures. This phone functions as a basic phone but I am looking for another one.

I loved the phone. Unfortunately it fell out of my hand and landed on the screen, which shattered. My device insurance replaced it with a different model.
