    camera, poor design

The camera lens protrudes from the back of the phone leaving it unprotected by any camera case . I did not drop the phone, the lens shattered from setting in on the table. The Geek Squad told me my warranty expired 10 days ago so there is no coverage. This is very poor design to have the lens sticking out so far that it can not be protected by a case or by the body of the phone. Very disappointed.

Most fragile phone I have ever owned!

Had this phone less than 24 hours and broke the back glass cover. I didn't drop it, I merely leaned against a counter with the phone in my back pocket. Very dissappointed in how easy it was to damage this phone.

Hi BigTimTX, we are sorry to hear that. We know this is troublesome to have your phone's back cover breaks. The back cover of the device is made of glass and is engineered to be more difficult to scratch and therefore more resistant to cracking, and it's strength allows use of thinner panes. But it is still glass and will break if it is dropped or impacted. We recommend having a protective case to prevent breakage. You could have the phone replaced, however, there will be a physical damage fee which you could check out on this link: https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/mcp/service/.
