After many hours spent trying to activate phone, both in person at the Verizon store and on the phone with a Verizon rep, it turned out that the phone wasn't compatible with Verizon's network. Very disappointing.

Good and bad
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Powerful phone, but the screen glass breaks and scratches too easily. I went one day.. Just one day and I take good care of my phone's and it already has a permanent scratch and the bottom right part of the screen glass already has a break in the glass. What the heck? I haven't even dropped my phone and didn't put it in my pockets with keys or anything else it was just by its self. I don't see this phone lasting more than a year or too...
