Coming from an iPhone I find this product inferior and hard to use. If I could have bought an unlocked iPhone that would work with Consumer Celluar I would have bought it but I am stuck with this one.

This phone is horrible. Came with a software glitch they were aware of, took months to fix it. I couldn't take it back because it had been more than 14 days. Now people can't hear me 70% of time when talking on it. Motorola support was of little help. Battery life sucks. I was told when I bought the phone it had fingerprint technology (not true). The only cool thing is the camera. Otherwise, TRULY, the worst. phone. EVER. Can't wait to buy something else.

My mobile is great and works very good has all the features required in a smart phone. But Charging adaptor stopped working after 1 month use..will have to go to store to replace it now. !!

Purely a non-technical review - I read a few before I purchased this but was disappointed. I think the space is highly inadequate with the default stuff eating it up rather quickly. I had an additional SD card that the phone refused to maintain cognizance of and required me to reboot every now and then for it to register...which it eventually refused to do altogether. I used this phone for about 8 months with no issues, 4 months more trying to resolve the issues and then switched over to a OnePlus 3 and woah - that is value for money!

I got this phone because I needed to replace a lost phone and didn't want to spend a lot. This phone is ok with text messages, but less than half the phone calls I receive come through-I usually find out someone called because they leave a voice message, or text saying they just tried calling. Additionally, saving images and content is not very intuitive. If you're buying this phone to get through a contract or until you can get a better phone, its perfect. If you intend to buy this for long term use, look at other brands.

Phone price is really good compared to other brands. But have some software related issues like call will go on hold while talking (not while using hands free)

Excellent buy for the price I paid, but it freezes a lot. Also, the camera is not the best but the speakers blow any of the Samsung's speakers out of the water!

It worked great for one year and then started giving problem with charging even tried different chargers. Looks like the micro usb port has issue.

The phone itself if fantastic, with a relatively pure Google Android 6.0 installed with a few great Moto tweaks that make it eves better! But, after about two weeks the screen went black (I guess the screen illumination died) and I returned it.

Worked great until I started charging it and the port wouldn't read that it was plugged in unless I held it in and forward.

I'm so upset with this purchase, I can't even make phone calls because the voice on the other end comes out choppy!!!!!!! Isn't this crazy? I cannot use the thing for it most basic purpose, making phone calls!!!! I have talked to my carrier Metro, PCS and they have gone over the top to get this working but it remains the same. What it comes down to is that I paid $349.00 for a music/video player. It's fast, beaming videos, good UTI, the only app I had that seemed to worsen the issue was Spotify, so I took it off. More wasted money. "Safe mode" issue still prevails, put on T-Mobile, issue still exists. Every trick in the book and the "Pros" have been tried I've even got Motorola involved and they have sent me two more Moto X Pure Editions and they all have the same issue. So that's a total of three "can't make a phone call" phones. Now I'm going in for the kill.....REFUND!!!!!!!!! Guess what? It's a known problem and as of now, there's no fix for it. Look at the forums and see how many people are having the same problem....LOTS. Now it sits on my desk as a paper weight until I can get a refund. Motorola Mobility has said that a refund is a big, NO! We'll see. I don't give up that easy.

Thought was pure Android but Moto still has apps that seem to get in the way. Unlocked but no root acess. Hope it gets nugget.

Phone would be great if it did what it was supposed to, with out glitches. It constantly stops in mid activity to RESET. Took to the Geek Squad, said they fixed it, on the last day to return it, they Didn't. Checked on line, did everything suggested, nothing has worked. I only use as a back up and for watching DirecTV on the phone. Screen and sound are excellent, but not enough to get a good rating.

This phone doesn't have the multiplying email issue of the Moto G but I'm still having issues with getting pictures by text.

We decided after using it a couple days to return this for the G4Plus. Nothing was wrong with it, we just weren't wowed.

I purchased this with a warranty. I'll be bringing it in for service as a phone of this price should be clear sounding.

I guess you get what you pay for when it comes to phones because I've always had $800+ phones from Samsung and switching to this one definitely made a huge difference. I couldn't even get the phone to connect to the Bluetooth in my car and that was very disappointing which made me return the phone twice because I was trying to see if the phone was defective but that wasn't the case at all.

Good phone, but I fell behind as the current price is excellent, but it shows more of the note 4 of Samsung.

It serves it's purpose. I had an iPhone before I got this. The iPhone, I hate to say, was a better phone
