Product is thin, flimsy & provides at best, minimal protection for a phone that requires maximum protection.

    Great phone

Pros: This is a very good phone for the current price. Runs great, fast to load, sturdy, elegant design, little to no bloatware - what's there is pretty basic and useful, the sound from the dual stereo speakers is surprising for a phone, camera is very good, the screen is very clear and rich in color, the battery lasts quite a while and 32gb of storage is nothing to sneeze at. Plus it comes with a very good 2.1 amp turbo charger (for those that don't know, most chargers are 1 to 1.5 amps, while 2 leads to a very quick charge time). Cons: -It comes with Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop). You CAN (confirmed and done) upgrade to 6.0 (Marshmallow) without problem .It just takes a little time. Then again, you aren't buying a 'next gen' phone here so updates are to be expected. The fact that the update exists is excellent. -Can't remove the 'Google Now' bar from the top of the home screen from what I have found. The most annoying con for me. -I wasn't entirely impressed with the stock apps. Personal preference, but I had to replace a few. Namely for my taste in widgets. Plenty of free apps out there so this isn't much of a problem. I give this phone 5 stars since my Cons are mostly nitpicking. The price is amazing for the quality and full line of features. I've tried a good number of LGs and one model of Huawei. This phone tops all of them. Just be sure that if you're going for an Otterbox case that you are looking at the Defender series. There are no Commuter models made to fit the X Pure.

I used same turbo charger.verified other Mobile and it's charging fine.so there is no problem with turbo charger but problem with mobile device.

After coming from a Samsung S5 to this Moto I have to say for the most part I'm impressed with the overall quality of this device..I ll try to give you an honest one week review of this phone as compared to my S5[which I really liked by the way.] Pros: The Moto comes pretty much barebones in the Operating System..Mine came pre installed with Marshmallow. It doesn't have any bloatware that at least I can see... The Phone runs very fast compared to my S5 which was not a slow phone in its own right..Apps and Functions seemed to flow very smoothly.. Value you can't beat the price for a one year old flagship quality device.. Unlocked, This is my first unlocked device and I will probably never return to a carrier locked device. The phone for me has worked without a hitch on the Cricket network.... Screen Quality...Now its a little a dicey compared to the S5 ambled screen. The Moto gets very bright and the images are colorful and clear. I would put it on par with the iPhone 6s or 7 very similar as they use the same screen technology. The S5 main advantage was superior blacks and viewing angles but thats excepted for the AMOLED screen... Sound Quality..Hands down this is the best phone I've heard as far sound quality..The dual stereo speakers are awesome very loud and clear for a smart phone.. Cons: If you like the Samsung Touchwiz interface this may not be the phone as there is a bit of a learning curve to using the Moto X Pure. I liked personally the dialer and messaging app on the S5 better than the moto x's..It's not horrible but to me its not quite as user friendly.. Camera: Imagine Quality on both phones is really good but I think Samsung has Moto on the software side as the Moto does not have face detection and quite a few less features that the S5 which is almost too basic of a point and shooter... Overall: I highly recommend this phone for just the pure value that you get with this device..Hopefully this helps

I put off getting a new sim card for this phone for a few months, and after trying everything the guys at the store said that it's probably a misshapen tray.

Runs Pure Android with added Moto features, such as Moto Voice, Moto Display, Moto Actions. Chopping motion turns on flashlight. Twisting motion turns on camera. Screen is excellent. Better and bigger screen (5.7'' Quad HD) than the iPhone 6S Plus (5.5'' HD) while being a much smaller phone overall. Front facing flash is great for selfies. Turbo charger is insanely fast and works great. Both the White and Black backs are a unique texture that provides an awesome grip. The sides are metal, and the power button is textured so you can differentiate it from the volume keys. This phone is just as fast, and has matching features of phones that cost twice as much. I switched to this from the Galaxy S6 and am extremely happy with my decision.

This is an amazing phone. Switched back from galxy s7. I missed all the Moto features and the s7 didn't have any standout feature that I needed. This phone is crazy fast and no lag at all. Only downside is the battery life is not great. I would highly recommend this phone, you won't be disappointed. The price can't be beat. Plus I love that it close to stock Android. No phone has the added feature of Moto actions voice or display. I enjoy responding to notifications directly from lock screen.

I just LOVE my Unlocked Moto X Pure phone! It is powerful, fast, always gets great reception, and best of all, I can use it on any network, which will be wonderful when I travel internationally. Thankfully, it has a mini-SD slot, and can accommodate a 128GB Micro-SD card. The price on this phone was great from the start, but thanks to Best Buy's Price Match program, I ended up getting $100 back, making it a steal of a deal.

Excellent Phone, Excellent Experience, Love it!

I recently purchased the Moto X Pure for use on the Sprint network. I replaced a Samsung S4, historically my family has used all Samsung phones. After using this one, I can see moving the famliy to the Moto X Pure. It is an excellent phone with simple to use features. "Pure" android is fast, smooth and easy to use with some real nice features. The Pure is great to use. Set up was easy and seemless. My carrier is the Sprint network, I noticed earlier reviews the commented on difficultly with activating on the Sprint Network. My experience was smooth and simple. I took the phone to the store, asked to activate it, they provided a free sim card, set it up and I was out in about 20-30 minutes.

Absolutely love the QHD display. Text is sharp and details in colors while viewing pictures and playing games are the best I have ever owned on a phone. It's a shame that features like the proximity sensors don't get enough credit. This has been very useful, especially at night. I don't have to pick up the phone to check my notifications or time. I just wave my hand over the phone and it shows my information without lighting up the whole room. Awesome stereo front facing speakers are the loudest and best sounding ever! Stock android with Motorola's subtle app suite make the phone run smooth. The battery is like a B- even after Marshmallow update. There's a lot of screen with a lot of pixels to light up so this might contribute to the battery drain. It's not the worse battery performance out there. It comes with a turbo charger to make up for this. Expandable memory, water repellant, and a great camera in decent lighting. Sturdy construction makes the phone very utilitarian. I won't need to buy a triple layer armor case for this. Best Buy price match policy matched an online seller with no problem. I'm very happy with this purchase!
