Did not have the phone a full 24 hours. The phone would not ring for calls or make a sound when text was received. Contacted Motorola and all they wanted was a number from the phone to identify. Said the phone must have been shipped defective and I should return it. Discovered on the internet that Motorola phones have had this problem in the past. Would think Motorola Customer Service would have and answer by now. Best Buy was great with the return. So long Motorola, never buy another product. Went back to an IPhone.

Near stock Android experience, and more with the moto apps. Build quality is good, but sadly I have a preference for metal. Can't go wrong, sadly Lenovo is taking over, might not get new OS upgrades.

I love that this phone runs stock android with just a few extra features that are very useful and don't cause the phone to lag. For the price you can't beat this phone!!!

I love this phone. However, I am very frustrated that the camera gives an error to where it doesn't save all images that I take not even video. I am very upset because I need the camera for my business. That was the entire reason why I spent so much money was for the quality of camera. And to not have it store pictures just upsets me. Hopefully, you can quality check these phones Motorola. It is a disappointment.

This Moto X Pure Edition was a great step up. The 32 GB of storage really made a difference to me. And I love the "Pure" experience. 5.5" screen is awesome, also.

Great android phone for the price. Motorola software updates are 2nd only to Google. Security patches are another story.

This product does not come with a sim card and you cannot use your old one unless you purchase through motorola. Motorola nor your local Carrier will supply a sim. Had to return after wasting shipping cost and time. No one seems to have a clue what this phone is.

I would have given this phone 5 stars except that it can't make a PHONE CALL! No Wifi Calling if you have T-mobile. Ridiculous. I have already missed two important calls; one from my bank and one from work. This phone is going back. I'm getting another Samsung Galaxy.

I purchased this phone a few months ago based on my experience with the Moto G 2nd generation and the reviews for the Moto X.I have had nothing but problems with this phone from Bluetooth connectivity to poor voice quality. Motorola's first solution was to do a factor reset; loss everything that is on the phone. Really!. They finally agreed to warranty the phone. One problem though.I had two options. 1. Send them the phone and they might be able to mirror the phone it but could LOSE ALL my data on the mirroring phone. 2. They could send me a replacement phone for about $100. Simply terrible customer service. Maybe this is why AT&T no longer carriers Motorola. Buyer be ware.

I used this phone for just a few days after that screen became black. I didn't had enough time to configure completely before it stopped working. I had to destroy the phone and bought a new one to protect my data unsaved.

I bought this at BB OCT 2016. Call quality is poor and garbled, has no functional features you must use 3rd party apps for most everything. I constantly have to reboot the phone to get pictures to download properly. The dual sim card feature is fake. Motorola informed me on 4/20/17 that feature dosent work even though its in the manual and marketed as a feature. The only feature I like is the 5.7 inch screen. I hate this phone and have filed a BBB complaint against motorola.

I shipped my phone and charger to repair service and they replaced with broken without charger. Promised one week repair but actually 2 weeks. They recirculate repair phones which may be full of scratches.
