Phone works on both Verizon and T-Mobile networks.

Pro: The phone is excellent, the sound with 2 front speakers, RAM 3 GB and storage 64 but for the user like 56, runs faster and Android in the pure version without bloatware and unlocked. Cons: The processor is really bad unfortunately this phone use the Qualcomm in the series with overheating, you just use the normal web browsing and reaches temperatures like 55° C just with Chrome, if you take photos the camera suffer the same problem than the Japanese company Son... and without use the battery of the phone is drained in less than 6 hours just leave it over the table and come back to see the battery is in the middle or less. Terrible the quality really bad Lenovo destroyed Moto.

I bought Motorola pure edition phone just two weeks ago. Phone slipped from height of 2 ft and screen shattered into pieces. Tried to contact Motorola but of no avail. Now Motorola wants to charge for the repair of the screen. Rather they should be figuring out the flaw with the quality and workmanship of their screen. I believe the workmanship of the screen is really very poor. Read the reviews and everyone's concern is same. Go for the some well reputed product who's manufacturer will stand behind their product.

This is the worse phone I've ever owned. It has many issues especially connecting to Bluetooth which I find out later is a major problem with this phone among other things. I've only had it 2 months and already have to reset it every few days do to it freezing up. Wish I could return it but I'm stuck with it now. I hate Apple and been Android since its been out. I hate this phone so bad it makes me consider switching to iPhone.

This phone has a clicking noise in the speaker from day one but only did it every now and then so I thought it may be the area I was in at the time. Well it does it all the time now. Called best buy no help because I had had it a couple of weeks and didn't buy geek squad protection. Call Motorola several times and im getting the let's reset it over and over run around. Maybe at some point they will replace it I hope. I wish I could just give it back and purchase a different phone. I buy ALL my electronics from bust buy and have for many years. Truly dissatisfied with their handling of this issue and of the product. They have always took great care of me in any issue I have ever had until this.

After 16 days of purchase, phone bluetooth did not work properly and phone started turning off. Neither Best buy nor Motorola gave an exchange.

Sprint will not allow me to use this phone because it's not on their whitelist

Moto x Pure is bad .. go for better option in android model

I know this works great with T Mobile. Band 12 works after an update, unlocked, no bloat wear, fast, bambo is cool, SD memory expansion, plus 64 GB is a lot of memory, comes with a turbo charger. I like this phone a lot. Highly recommend if you want an android phone.

Fall from my lap, whole screen cracked and didn't even turn on again!

I was looking for large screen and was replacing my HTC One M8. This screen is as big as Pixel XL or Note5 (5.7") but not AMOLED. The speaker sounds as good as my HTC, loud at full on and a little brighter sound. I ran my music using MAVEN Pro player and adjusted with in app equalizer and 3D sound. Sounds great. Very vivid screen, bright. I really experiment with battery apps. Two best for this is Greenify and or DS Battery Saver Pro or Free. I'm now getting VERY good battery life on non-rooted phone.

The phone is awesome at the first use. Good screen definition, camera is good, the charger is really fast which is cool, 64gb, great system. Overall is an average phone. After a couple months of using it, constantly, the battery lasted 5hs to 6hs tops. Then I discovered that it has a widespread problem with the display driver. A quick reboot or factory reset seems to clear things right up but the issue reappears again. Because of that I wouldnt recomended to anybody untill Motorola fix the problem...

So far so good, I have 6 months with this phone and it works nice. It has an issue that makes the phone get frozen when you have a password enabled and you have to manually reset the phone, I ended up removing the password..(Not sure if this only happens to me) It actually has Marshmallow and it will be upgraded to Nougat so seeing Lollipop listed as the current OS is a little misleading. Fast charging is also something that i like about the phone

Overall a very good phone, battery does get hot initially. Also Lenovo is not sending updates in a timely fashion.

I bought this phone after I lost my Note 5. I was skeptical buying this, but $299 looked very attractive to me. I am so glad that I bought this about a week ago. Yes, I miss the Note 5 s-pen, other than that, I love this phone. No junk apps. Its pure.

bought for its big screen and brand recognition.. I do not regret it! camera do its job, but should be better. The storage is practically "unlimited" . Calls aways clear, and the cellphone it self is "tonka" strong without been beautiful to the eye.
