      Hi sherny,

Thanks for your feedback. We appreciate you have one of our phones. The phone has 13mp rear camera and 5mp front camera for best pictures. The phone is a stock android phone which makes it very easy to use and recommendable.

I have had a Droid in the past and had very good experiences. However it was not the case with this one. I still like the layout of the phone and how it feels in my hand etc.. With this one I really did not like the battery strength in this one. To put it bluntly it sucked. I returned it after few days of giving it a chance. For my use this is not a good phone (specifically the battery life).

We did lots of research before getting this phone. All had great things to say. However, I had nothing but problems when I got it. First, people couldn't hear me when talking to them(doctors), then I couldn't hear the other person. The touch keys stopped working at important times. Then I wanted to use my own music from my music library for a ring tone and had to jump through hoops just to get it done. The battery only lasts 3/4 of the day. Takes horrible pictures. So this Christmas, is not much but a blur. Just very frustrating. I will go with a different phone next time. I went a little over my 14 days and was unable to return it. : ( Oh well, lesson learned. Stuck with this phone 2 yrs. Hope you don't have as many problems as I did. My husband has the same phone and hasn't had many problems at all.

I thought the JBL speaker attachment, camera attachment, and projector attachment are all so cool, but the missing aux port and lack of blue tooth headphones with purchase just wasn't practical for me. The bigger issue was that the phone would not sync correctly with my fossil watch.

First of all the battery life is horrible. I have to charge my phone up at least twice a day. Seems the display uses the most battery life and I have the brightness turned all the way down. The camera is also horrible. The pictures come out having some sort of watercolor effect. The phone is actually too big. Will not fit in pockets. It has too many bloatware apps the you can't uninstall. It needs a heart rate monitor and pedometer like the Samsung Galaxy. Overall the phone is just blah. And the Moto Mods don't make up for it.

Black Friday deal was not their Best Buy????

The phone is great, but I bought mine on Black Friday and it wasn't going to ship for a week. It shipped on Saturday. On Sunday the same phone deal included a free BT speaker and add on battery. I called BB and they to see how I could get the freebees. They told me there was nothing they could do because the phone shipped. I told them that was bull and they told me that it was too bad I didn't wait until Sunday to order the phone. This is my 3rd bad BB online experience out of 4 so it looks like they struck out for future business from me.

The mods are pretty amazing but the phone's battery life doesn't last all day even though the extra battery pack is attached. The picture quality not clear unless you add the camera mod

    Phone broke within 3 weeks

I wrote a review right after buying this phone and I expressed concern over the size and shape, and slippery feel of the phone. I was worried that is was difficult to hold onto. My fears were confirmed yesterday when the phone slipped out of my hand and fell 3 feet to the ground. The screen shattered and the phone no longer works. I now get to pay for a broke phone for the next two years. Note that I went back to Best Buy to get a case for the phone, but they don't sell cases for this phone.

It is a good solid phone but a bit clunky to use. It is not the easiest to navigate the menus but you can figure it out with a little time.

    Best phone ever for $1.99

The wife and I were due for an upgrade through Verizon. I as always look for the best deals and decided to once again checkout best buy since last time we were due for our 2 year upgrade they had the best deals. Never less once again they did. I paid $1.99 for my fantastic Motorola Moto Z Droid as my 2 year annual upgrade. I checked an actual Verizon store and they wanted $28 a month for 24 months( the length of our contract). I asked the Verizon rep how best buy can price there phones cheaper and all he said was we don't own the phones so there able to price them at whatever they want. Anyway at the deal of $1.99 with our new 2 year agreement, it was an unreal deal. Plus it came with a free JBL speaker Moto Mod that sells for $79.99 on its own. I cant believe both the wife and I got these phones and each a JBL Moto Mods for a total of $3.98. It would have cost my wife and I an extra $56 a month for these phones on top of our regular bill if I hadn't gone to best buy. The Moto Z Droid is the best phone I've ever had. I'm coming from a Samsung S4 and the wife iPhone 5s. Blows both phones out of the water in every aspect. Probably the best phone out to date

Ordered a Moto Z that was supposed to come with a Sim Chip - It didn't. Now I'm forced to resolve the issue and can't even get through to the store in my area - Phone response is non existent. I hope to have better luck in person. I will not recommend this to anyone unless the issue is properly resolved.
