    I initially loved the look and feel of the phone, but it was kind of glitchy. It would randomly restart. Since it would ultimately work, I ignored this for a few days. But, after less than a month, it simply just stopped working. It restarted but is stuck on the Motorola logo screen, powered by android, until the battery runs down. Now, these logos are burned into my brain as logos for products you can't trust. I guess I'll finally have to switch to Apple? But definitely not from Best Buy because although it has been less than 30 days, my account says my defective phone is unreturnable. A $350 defective, unreturnable purchase. Unaccepatable. Do better Best Buy.

    This phone was amazing UNTIL i realized how easily it gets damaged. To add to this flaw you cannot buy a protective case or screen protector to help with this. i only had it three months before it was damaged by a slip of the hand. it fell on a tile floor and the screen was damaged on the top half where the phone would fold and prevented the phone from functioning properly.

    Beautiful phone, cool concept, but needs works

    I bought my razr a few months ago, 3 to be exact and it's already starting to wrinkle in the middle, to the point where there's discoloration. That started happening a month ago. The employee said it'd take a year or so. It wouldn't have been an issue, except they accidentally put two protection plans on my phone, my bank denied them as fraud and then a couple months later, no protection, no phone in working conditions. $650 Down the drain....

    Like phone but screen quit.

    Love the phone but the screen quit working after only a month and a half. I work on the road so this was less than ideal. I ended up getting the screen fixed not knowing how to do anything with the warranty and having to pay $150.

    Has really cool features however I have a black spot on my screen where it closes, screen was fine at first but in less than 2 months of having the phone the black dot appeared.

    Screen broken twice within five months!

    Bought in December on my Best Buy credit card and its April and there is a huge black spot on the middle of the screen. Two weeks later there is a line running down the middle of the screen. Took it back to Best Buy and they said i would have to mail it in to Motorola to get it repaired. So now i have to buy another new phone to have while I mail the phone i havent even finished paying for to get fixed. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHONE!!!!!!!

    Warranty Issues

    Haven’t had it but a month. One day it had a small green spot on the screen. Now i have a huge line in my screen! I called the manufacture and they want me to pay $55.00 and they will send me a refurbished phone! I bought a brand new one! It’s haven’t dropped it or anything. I feel like I’ve been ripped off!
