It's okay but has some issues. The phone will randomly restart into the boot mode. It also gets really hot when in your pocket. The battery drains faster than described and it is very slow to charge. Also if I pause my VPN for 5 minutes, it doesn't come back on. I do like the form factor and it's solid when open or closed. Performance is pretty good. Decent value though I didn't expect the bugs. What I've seen is every negative review they reply with a support email. It's just for show. I tried emailing and they ignore you.

The phone is fine. Does reboot if it gets hot. It just can't take as much heat as newer ones. So if you use a Libre 3 sensor it will work but will not have a consistent connection and when you open the app it will show 3 dashes so it loads and finally it show the current and past levels. So if you are worried about low blood sugars like me there is NO WARNING. One star taken off for heat problems.

Hi IT4wife, Thank you for sharing your experience with the phone. It’s good to know the phone handles your needs overall, though we understand the concern about it rebooting when it gets hot. The thermal management on some models can be more sensitive compared to newer devices. Regarding the Libre 3 sensor connection, we appreciate the detailed insight. It’s important for users relying on consistent glucose monitoring to know that the connection may not always be stable, and that low blood sugar alerts might not come through reliably on this phone. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll be sure to share it with our product and support teams. Hi JohnM, I understand that you may have concerns about the heating concern on your phone. If you are experiencing this, please don't hesitate to inform us. It's important to note that while phones can become warm or even hot, it is rarely a cause for alarm. When a phone is charging or being used extensively, it is normal for it to generate heat. The speed of charging or the amount of power being consumed can contribute to the phone getting hotter. Activities such as gaming, streaming media, or using navigation can also cause the phone to heat up. However, if your phone becomes uncomfortably warm, it should provide a warning and automatically shut down to cool down. These instances are uncommon, but there are built-in safeguards. If you are worried, you can help cool down your phone by avoiding energy-intensive tasks, keeping it away from direct sunlight, and taking similar precautions.

If you are currently experiencing discomfort due to the heat, please let us know. We are here to assist you and will gladly investigate further. For other concerns, please send us an email at supportforums@motorola.com. -Ythan MotorolaMobility
