    The razor plus is very slow. At present time I'm dealing with not being able to sign into my phone with my finger print recognition.

As a first step, please try restarting your phone, as this can often improve performance and resolve temporary fingerprint issues. Make sure the fingerprint sensor and your finger are clean, and consider re-registering your fingerprints by going to Settings > Security > Fingerprint. Additionally, check for any system updates under Settings > System > Software updates, as updates can improve both performance and sensor accuracy. Slow performance is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background. Use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues.     Really fun and interesting phone. Ideal for someone who doesn't need a workhorse device. Definitely has some areas that need improvement; especially, processor optimization and overall phone hardware feel.

    Hated it. Overall build quality was great. But it would work with either wired or wireless android auto. This was a deal breaker. Tried two of them, neither worked.

    Staff stores with AI robots!

    This review would of been a lot better if it wasn't for the fact the careless associate didn't lose the SIM card for the new phone. Additionally it would of been great if the associate was knowledgeable about the product and understood that it took a digital Sim chip meaning the old SIM chip wasn't even needed. Get another reason I wish corporate would adopt AI robots to the second day become available for their staff and all their stores.

    Battery backup is very low... I did not even use this phone after full charged in morning and by the even it was 23%. Not happy with purchase

    Screen broke within a couple of months luckily I had a protection plan from Best buy where I was able to get some money back to get something else

    Wanted to try android phone but this one is slow, runs hot. The battery goes down 3% in a few minutes while unused. Thanks but no thanks Moto.

    I would not recommend this version of this phone. While I absolutely loved the form factor (this was my first foldable phone and the size was very convenient.) The processer is atrocious. Everything was so slow and had a delay and made using the phone frustrating and stressful. Replaced after 6 months with the OnePlus 13 (a traditional brick size.) Night and day difference.

    Screen cracked and is useless after less than 5 mo

    Phone worked good for the 4 months it worked. Please I urge you to stay AWAY!!! Screen cracked right in the middle right where it bends and is now useless. Motorolla was gonna do me the favor of fixing it for 600$$$ Im literally throwing it in the garbage and cutting my losses. Just purchased the Samsung s24 Ultra. I take very good care of my phones and I am sick over this. As well as the fact that a company like Motorola knowing these screens are defective at the very least wouldnt repair it for me after having it for less than five months!!!

    Never dropped it. Noticed the film was starting to get a crease and then black line on the screen right at the hinge, screen went black immediately after

    The phone itself is great, but after 4 months, the screen protector started bubbling up. I called Motorola and they want $75 to replace the screen protector. The screen protector is also pre-installed, so if you remove it yourself, you will void the warranty. I refunded the phone and went back to a normal brick phone. Waste of money.

    Great but then not, don't bother with geek squad

    Have only had the phone 2 months loved the phone for the 1st month I had it then in the last 2 weeks it overheated every day just by playing music. Now a week later inner screen is completely cracked and non functional, battery drains fast and charging port finniky. When to geek squad and of course no help at all. Call Samsung they said

    Unfortunately, this phone stopped working less than 60 days after purchase. Please don't waste your money or purchase the Geek protection. What they don't tell you is that it will cost you $200 to repair the phone - unfair and dishonest marketing.
