    I’ve always wanted to try it since it came out. Against all warnings I went and bought it, to compare it to the Galaxy Flip5. So first night setting it up; it was hot and I chucked it off to everything loading on etc, etc. Now this phone is just a Trap Phone for the Trap Phone so I’m not use it everyday outside for Monopoly Go (IYKYK), so no phone calls, no texts but I’m noticing all of these things in the notification tray…..Moto This and Moto That, and I’m like MOTO WHAT. Now I am a 80% iPhone person and I have the Galaxy Flip5 which I love but thing thing here as soon as I felt it I knew I didn’t like it. It didn’t feel solid like the Samsung. The Motorola blotwear is all over the phone as if it was 1999, it’s a bit much. But the thing that is making me take it back is because I took a look at my charger and I am seeing it is melted at the part that goes into the phone and I am done with it.

    I am not happy with this order, I have issues for the display, I had go to best buy and they told me they can not do anything for these and they advise me I have to contact to Motorola Really I am unhappy If you do something for me is really appreciated Please help on it!

    Don't buy from Best Buy

    Purchased an "excellent" open box online and got the phone late. Phone had missing pixels where fold is 21 days later. Best buy said I'm not at the correct "membership level" to return the item after 3 weeks. Got run around. Garbage! Don't buy from Best Buy!!!

    Broke in less than 3 months! The screen is nearly all dead pixels, making the device unusable. Save your money for a better Android or iPhone.

    Do not buy this product! It lasted 3 days the screen went bad. I had a case before i got it, all i did was open and close it. I called best buy customer service sent me to the store and three people basiclly laughed at me and said too bad. . 3 days! Worst internet purchase ever!

    Coming from a Flip 4 this is my thoughts using the phone for a couple days Pros ° screen is great! The refresh is dynamic so it hovers around 120hz (165hz is in game mode only) the crease is visible but not as bad as the flip and the screen is also wider so it's easy to type kinda like a candy bar style phone, front screen is also very smooth love the front screen launches full screen apps with ez and extremely responsive and customizable! ° rear cameras are good for what they are , very similar to the flip 4 camera ° Software has a couple random bugs but breath of fresh air coming from Samsung UI feels too crowded . This has a vanilla feel Software with a couple added goodies but nothing too crazy ° battery life is actually decent very similar to the flip 4 maybe even a little better without all the Samsung services running will get most people thru a full day. Cons ° first big con is the hinge , coming from Samsung hinges it's a completely different feeling , and not in a good way my first flip out of the box there was a grinding feeling like it had a rusty hinge that hasn't been used , I felt it on a couple demos I saw but some don't have it so it's maybe luck of draw, but Ive had time to try to break in the hinge and it's not getting any better. One of the roughest hinges I've ever felt even before Samsung put bristles in there hinges. ° build quality, if the phone is flipped in tripod mode the top and bottom part of the screen is wobbly it feels like screws that aren't tight , and will even have a creak to it, also the frame paint scratches very easy. ° last is adding to build but the top part of the phone has a rattle it feels and sounds cheap as a cell phone tech myself it seems like the cameras for the main sensor is not glued into place and slapping against the internal mid plate and causing a rattle noise every time it's open or closed normally , almost all the demos I've seen has the same issue hopefully it's something that fixed in the assembly process , I've also tried to remove the sim tray because it used to be a similar issue on the older ones but it has the rattle with nothing else attached to it. ° proximity sensor isn't very accurate, and sometimes doesn't even work . It is maybe a software fix but it seems to be a trend with moto , OnePlus etc even sometimes when it does dim the screen it still presses while the screen is off Overall the phone is ok , the pros are a improvement , but the cons for long term usability may be limited , and if your paying $999 for a device and it has questionable build quality than it might be worth to wait another generation , see what the flip 5 has in store or wait for moto to fix there QC issues

    Don't buy this phone, you'll lose your money

    This product is terrible. I don't have any pictures of it because I sent it as a gift to my daughter, and it turns out that within a week the screen was unusable. A disastrous phone; I absolutely do not recommend it.

    Screen broke within a couple of months luckily I had a protection plan from Best buy where I was able to get some money back to get something else

    Hated it. Overall build quality was great. But it would work with either wired or wireless android auto. This was a deal breaker. Tried two of them, neither worked.

    Never dropped it. Noticed the film was starting to get a crease and then black line on the screen right at the hinge, screen went black immediately after

    I would not recommend this version of this phone. While I absolutely loved the form factor (this was my first foldable phone and the size was very convenient.) The processer is atrocious. Everything was so slow and had a delay and made using the phone frustrating and stressful. Replaced after 6 months with the OnePlus 13 (a traditional brick size.) Night and day difference.

    Screen cracked and is useless after less than 5 mo

    Phone worked good for the 4 months it worked. Please I urge you to stay AWAY!!! Screen cracked right in the middle right where it bends and is now useless. Motorolla was gonna do me the favor of fixing it for 600$$$ Im literally throwing it in the garbage and cutting my losses. Just purchased the Samsung s24 Ultra. I take very good care of my phones and I am sick over this. As well as the fact that a company like Motorola knowing these screens are defective at the very least wouldnt repair it for me after having it for less than five months!!!

    It suddenly broke. I went to return it and they told me I couldn't because it wasn't covered by the warranty. The ink came off without any impact.

    The phone itself is great, but after 4 months, the screen protector started bubbling up. I called Motorola and they want $75 to replace the screen protector. The screen protector is also pre-installed, so if you remove it yourself, you will void the warranty. I refunded the phone and went back to a normal brick phone. Waste of money.

    Great but then not, don't bother with geek squad

    Have only had the phone 2 months loved the phone for the 1st month I had it then in the last 2 weeks it overheated every day just by playing music. Now a week later inner screen is completely cracked and non functional, battery drains fast and charging port finniky. When to geek squad and of course no help at all. Call Samsung they said

    Unfortunately, this phone stopped working less than 60 days after purchase. Please don't waste your money or purchase the Geek protection. What they don't tell you is that it will cost you $200 to repair the phone - unfair and dishonest marketing.
