    Does the volume rocker cost extra?

    I really like the phone except IT'S MISSING THE VOLUME BUTTON. The literal volume down button is missing from the device. It's just a hole where the physical button should be.

    Difficult to figure out and use features. I question whether it is anew, used or refurbished phone, but the description when I purchased it, didn't indicate this & I presumed it was new. Now I wonder because I am unable ti update it in System updates it tells me it hasn't been updated for 13 months and the update field is grayed out and nothing happens when I click on it. The message in the grayed out fiels says updating is paused and it's waiting for wi-fi to resume background download and installaton. The chat feature on the website is Not helpful and the update includes Android security pache thru September 1, 2024! The employees at the Tukwila store are rude, namely Steven, a young boy, and curtis, seemingly not enthusiatic about helping, and want me to go to Geek, which I don't want the service and didn't purchase it. I will be returning & exchanging this phone likely.

    Good concept but breaks easy.

    Worked great for a few months, then at the crease it got a black line. Then it completely stopped working. The main screen completely stopped working. Only the screen when you fold it work. The phone was not mistreated or dropped. Very disappointing.

    Great operating system terrible screen usage

    I absolutely loved this phone. Untill after 6 months of mild use I flippedit open and the screen was all black and unusable. I have a work phone i used as a primary phone so it wasnt under heavy use, nor was it dropped or jostled around. I thought' well isnt the outer screen going to be convenient untill i could remedy the situation". But no, the things you are able to do using only the outer scren are extremely limited, inclding using setttings. Which is super inconvenient.

    Good phone. Only thing i didn't like was the battery it doesnt last. And sometimes the screen goes black and you can't do anything, you have to hard reset the phone. Camera quality is good ngl.

    The razor plus is very slow. At present time I'm dealing with not being able to sign into my phone with my finger print recognition.

    Best buy so far has been good the phone itself I had send back due to an issue with the charging port,was super excited over new phone but so now, possibly still try again, can't fairly review phone due not getting to use

    Battery backup is very low... I did not even use this phone after full charged in morning and by the even it was 23%. Not happy with purchase

    Wanted to try android phone but this one is slow, runs hot. The battery goes down 3% in a few minutes while unused. Thanks but no thanks Moto.

    Staff stores with AI robots!

    This review would of been a lot better if it wasn't for the fact the careless associate didn't lose the SIM card for the new phone. Additionally it would of been great if the associate was knowledgeable about the product and understood that it took a digital Sim chip meaning the old SIM chip wasn't even needed. Get another reason I wish corporate would adopt AI robots to the second day become available for their staff and all their stores.
