The seam is hardly noticable. The outside screen CAN access any app but you can set which ones you do NOT want to be accessed (I blocked social media to prevent posts from my pocket haha). It does have a pretty unimpressive battery life but to me it's worth more charging for the compact-ness and style.

The outside screen is rather useful compared the the standard Razr (non+). The battery life isn't as good as the standard Razr but that is a trade off for the larger external screen.
