She loves the style, she is getting use to Android, a little difficult for her at first, and learning it quickly.

They are good phones but I wanted to try something else. The Razr+ has an attractive price and it is proving to be a very enjoyable phone. I would recommend it.

The setup was seamless especially since my old phone was also a Motorola. It appears and feels very well made. Where the screen folds is not very noticeable. Very happy with my purchase.

I question whether it is anew, used or refurbished phone, but the description when I purchased it, didn't indicate this & I presumed it was new. Now I wonder because I am unable ti update it in System updates it tells me it hasn't been updated for 13 months and the update field is grayed out and nothing happens when I click on it. The message in the grayed out fiels says updating is paused and it's waiting for wi-fi to resume background download and installaton. The chat feature on the website is Not helpful and the update includes Android security pache thru September 1, 2024! The employees at the Tukwila store are rude, namely Steven, a young boy, and curtis, seemingly not enthusiatic about helping, and want me to go to Geek, which I don't want the service and didn't purchase it. I will be returning & exchanging this phone likely.

I did have some issues with reception on T-Mobile, however, so I returned the device. I am hoping it is an issue they could fix with an update.

One can go easily the whole day with the exterior screen only, which saves a lot of battery, and tends to reduce your screen time. I couldn't be happier with the purchase.
