Untill after 6 months of mild use I flippedit open and the screen was all black and unusable. I have a work phone i used as a primary phone so it wasnt under heavy use, nor was it dropped or jostled around. I thought' well isnt the outer screen going to be convenient untill i could remedy the situation". But no, the things you are able to do using only the outer scren are extremely limited, inclding using setttings. Which is super inconvenient.

BEWARE OF OPEN BOX

After setting it up I discovered the Factory installed screen protector had been removed which voided the Factory warranty. After two store visits and Geek Squad call I was left with little alternative but a $174.56 additional cost for a new phone.
