    Concept is really cool and the phone is very nice but it has some issues. It would randomly turn itself off. At first I figured it was doing automatic updates and least that's what the first days worth was but after that it would just do it for no reason... On top of that when id try to make a phone call no audio would come out of the speaker at the top... That fixed itself after a day but still, really disappointing to have the issues I did out of the device, but definitely makes me realize there j want a folding device... Just not this one

    Great phone, weak battery

    So far loving this phone, replacing my s22 ultra does everything I need it to and the ability to do everything from the screen closed is the cherry on top! Only downside is weak battery

    A little of the past and a lot of the future in this phone. Best finger print unlock that I have seen is a phone. The phone is quality throughout. My only con is that the photos are inconsistent.

    Been using the phone for about a month now and couldn't be happier. Displays are high refresh rate and the outer display lets you basically put anything on it out of the box

    Stylish foldable phone with a large 6.9″ internal display and a very capable 3.6″ external cover screen for quick access to apps. Powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, it delivers solid performance and smooth day-to-day use. Design is sleek with minimal visible crease and a very pocketable form factor. Areas to keep in mind: battery life is decent but not class-leading, charging speeds are moderate, and the water/dust protection isn’t as strong as some competitors.     Excellent format factor. This is the third foldable I've owned and easily my favorite so far. I switched back to RAZR after trying the Galaxy Z Flip 4, which had screen issues after just a few months.

    This new generation flip is anazing. Much improved and a pleasure to use. Feels great. Is responsive and doesn’t feel like a compromise fir the folding. Screen is bright and sound excellent.

    Not how i remember using a flip phone

    Everything is great, except flip to open the phone with one hand. Though despite difficulty opening, the hinge and action seems rugged, hence the laborious flip.

    I really like how the RAZR Plus has the exterior screen that is fully functional. I can use my favorite apps workout having to open the phone.

    I've been a Motorola advocate for years, but for the money spent (not cheap on my pocket book anyhow!) I was epically let down. It didn't last even a week before becoming inoperable due to screen malfunctions at the fold. Returned it for a full refund in about 4 days i think it was... maybe it was just a fluke flaw but i didn't replace it with another razor cuz i use my phone for work and can't risk it malfunctioning...

    After having this phone for 6 months I'm having problems with my screen when I open the phone up. To be able to see my screen I have to open it up half way. So maybe it's a glitch with the screen I don't know.... I have to get the techs at Best buy to have a look at it. Other than that it's a good phone

    The razor plus is very slow. At present time I'm dealing with not being able to sign into my phone with my finger print recognition.

      Hi Herb, We’re sorry to hear about the slow performance and the trouble with fingerprint recognition on your phone. We’d like to help get this checked. As a first step, please try restarting your phone, as this can often improve performance and resolve temporary fingerprint issues. Make sure the fingerprint sensor and your finger are clean, and consider re-registering your fingerprints by going to Settings > Security > Fingerprint. Additionally, check for any system updates under Settings > System > Software updates, as updates can improve both performance and sensor accuracy. Slow performance is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background. Use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues.
