    Best buy so far has been good the phone itself I had send back due to an issue with the charging port,was super excited over new phone but so now, possibly still try again, can't fairly review phone due not getting to use

    The fold feature is nice, but the build quality of the phone is not very good, I dropped it only one time and the whole display went out. Also doesn't run as smooth as the edge + either, despite being newer. Still runs alright though.

    This product is terrible. I don't have any pictures of it because I sent it as a gift to my daughter, and it turns out that within a week the screen was unusable. A disastrous phone; I absolutely do not recommend it.

As a first step, please try restarting your phone, as this can often improve performance and resolve temporary fingerprint issues. Make sure the fingerprint sensor and your finger are clean, and consider re-registering your fingerprints by going to Settings > Security > Fingerprint. Additionally, check for any system updates under Settings > System > Software updates, as updates can improve both performance and sensor accuracy. Slow performance is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background. Use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues.
