Worst phone, and worst customer service I have ever experienced. In less than 6 months, the hinge of the phone snapped and damaged the screen when I opened it as it is intended to be used. Clearly a manufacturing defect. When I called Motorola for repair, they asked for pictures, which I sent. The phone does not have a scratch on it at all, but they told me that it was physical damage and that it would cost me around $500 to repair it.
When I asked to talk to someone else to elevate the issue, I was not transferred to the tech service who supposedly have made that decision. I was transferred to a completely rude customer assistant, that ignored anything that I was saying when I asked to explain where the physical damage was. These people are pathetically trained to not accept responsibility for manufacturing defects and, instead, con you into paying them to fix their poor-quality product. This is the last time that I ever buy anything Motorola.

It's an amazing phone! I don't regret making the switch from Apple, and currently dont see myself going back (never say never). The built in screen protector is nice, but slight lifting in the corner is happening already. Will update review if getting it replaced within the warranty is a headache or not.

Really awesoek phone and I loved using it. Super unique, but literally everyone on the Internet says it is a ticking time bomb. That at some point, the screen is going to stop working. Whether it's the front or the inside. And it pretty much becomes a paperweight at that point unless you wanna pay for it to be fixed. So. I would avoid the foldable technology. Don't let the uniqueness influence you.

Excellent phone with no complaints. I didn't pay attention to the hinge factor when I chose this phone as my jobs in the oil field and this phone gets quite dirty but it's still holding up 3 months after purchase!

The phone works just as normal but it was a trade in/warranty exchange and the workers at Best Buy didn’t do the data transfer correctly. Then I had to call my own phone company for help and was told I needed my original phone to finish the transfer but Best Buy workers said I couldn’t have it outside the store. Then when asked for the $40 refund for “transferring date” which I’ve done many times before, the worker said they can’t.
