    I loved the phone once I first got it a short while later the screen messed up with colors had to send it to be repaired. Now the middle of the screen looks weird and the phone does not go well with some of the apps. I will go to another phone brand.

    My 2023 razor worked much better. This phone shuts off ra randomly, closes out of apps randomly, and is particularly slow. I've had it for 3 weeks and would return if possible.

    Poor Durability & Expensive Repairs – Not Worth It

    I bought this phone during a Thanksgiving deal, and within 3 months, the screen broke. The build quality is disappointing, especially around the speaker area, which has cheap plastic. For the price, I expected better durability. I sent the phone to Motorola’s repair center, and they quoted $300 to fix it—way too much for a phone that didn’t last long. I’ve used Motorola phones before, but this flip model is a letdown in terms of quality and durability. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a long-lasting phone! go for Samsung or Apple,

    I had been interested in a flip phone for awhile so when this went on sale Black Friday, I jumped on it. However it was cumbersome to try and open--almost impossible one-handed in fact. Also the vegan leather started scratching just from riding in my pocket within just a week. So I decided to return it. Come to find out, Best Buy classifies this item as an "activated device" meaning they charge a $45 return fee! Sneaky and deceitful since they were advertising returns accepted thru January 15th during the holiday sales. I would have bought it from Amazon had I known this in advance bc they have free returns. It was the same price on both sites.

    Had to return, software issues. 26 hours for software and security updates. Then Bluetooth won't connect right. Not fighting a new phone with issues that deep.

    Only buy if you don't use Bluetooth

    Loved the phone until I tried using Bluetooth. It can take minutes to connect my ear buds. Doesn't auto connect to my cars Bluetooth like every other phone I had does. Don't know if I got a defective phone but will need to see if I can exchange or replace it. Also the transitioning from YouTube or Spotify on the main screen to the cover screen causes odd app interactions
