    Disappointed with Phone Screen Damage within 10d

    The phone screen cracked within just 10 days of usage. I heard a small explosion/cracking sound when I closed the phone after texting, and lines appeared on the screen. Upon opening and closing the phone again, half of the screen turned black. I initially contacted Best Buy regarding the cracking sound and was advised to bring the phone in for a return since it was within the 15-day return window. However, they later determined that the screen was damaged and refused to accept the return, directing me to contact the manufacturer instead. Unfortunately, Motorola's standard warranty does not cover screen damage under any circumstances. I had really loved this phone and handled it with utmost care while waiting for the phone case to arrive. I did not drop the phone or subject it to any impact that could have caused the damage. There are no other physical damages to the phone besides the screen, leaving me puzzled about how this occurred. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience, resulting in a significant financial loss for a phone I used for less than 10 days. Although I have purchased numerous products from Best Buy before, this incident has compelled me to write my first review. I feel extremely let down by both Motorola and Best Buy. Future buyers should be aware that purchasing this product comes with inherent risks.

    Great phone for the price. Couldn’t get everything from my old Note 10 to work with this one. Not compatible.

    I love this phone. I have only had it a few days but it is wonderful. I like that I can fold it and put it in my pocket and it won't fall out when sitting. I like that the outer screen is useful without having to open the phone. My biggest issue to date is it is I have not been able to open it quickly on a consistent basis. No issues with the hinge or screens. And the recent price reduction is gravy. Highly recommended. My favorite phone ever so far. (BTW: I have little interest in the camera and have no opinion on it for most people's use. I will give it 4 stars so it does not register as 1.)

    The screen is bright clear and very responsive can't see the crease from the fold, i had the Samsung and i have to say but it's better all around

    Screen Protector Issues and Moto Insanity

    30 days in, screen protector peeling, BBY won't take it back, and sent me to Moto. Moto has an absolutely bonkers process. And the pre installed screen protector peeling is a known and common issue according to Moto. Only get it if you are cool sending your phone off for a week, 3-5 times per year, and spending $79 for each fix after the first one. Or you can go to a specific repair shop - the one I was sent to was 1.5 hours away, and good thing I didn't take it there because I called in advance and they didn't even have the protector in stock (despite Moto telling me I could go right in and have it fixed same day there.) This item clearly was not ready for market. Third party repairers won't touch it because Moto requires a proprietary tool to remove the stock protector. It will get screwed up, and Moto doesn't respect your right to repair. Phone was never dropped and was in a protective case from day 2. Will never buy another Motorola after owning several in the past. Go look at other forums and see how often this issue comes up.

    I've had this phone for two months. At first, I loved it. I wanted one since they came out. The issues I've experienced with it are more inconvenience than anything else, but I dont think they should be present two months into ownership and use. The earpiece buzzes during calls, the cameras rattle a bit when the phone is shaken (flashlight feature), and the screen protector that is preinstalled and mandatory for warranty has started to separate from the screen.

    What a great phone and it's battery charges so lightening fast. I love the external display as I use it quite often. I also love the folding feature of the phone as it makes it more comfortable on my pocket. The phone isn't heavy and you will definitely need a case. I purchased one from Amazon as Best Buy didn't have a huge selection of cases. I think it's pretty cool that you can up the RAM with smart RAM feature. It's been my favorite phone is recent years. The display on exterior and interior is really responsive. I also purchased the Geek Squad protection
