    I was using a 2024 Razr+ until the screen broke. I need a phone quick, so I purchased this. I understood I was moving to the base model, but a year newer. I did not expect such a substantial drop in performance. It frequently takes multiple attempts to execute tasks. And that is just trying to play Wordle. Streaming Netflix and attempting to transition to another app? Forget it. It'll freeze or lock up constantly. With every passing day, I hate this phone more and more.

To help improve responsiveness, we recommend first ensuring the device is fully updated via Settings > System > Software update, as updates can include stability and performance improvements. Restarting the phone can also help clear the temporary system load. It’s also useful to check available storage and keep some free space, since low storage can affect performance. Closing unused background apps and clearing cached data in Settings > Storage may also help reduce freezing or delays when switching between apps like streaming and games. Clearing the cache will remove any temporary files being stored by the device. Clearing the data will remove data that the application has saved.
