It automatically synced info from my previous phone, a Samsung z fold. I love the size of this phone. Opening to a normal size but folded, the size of a billfold wallet. This phone never slides out of my pocket like previous phones have. I find new features to like about it every day!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'll get to my opinion of the integrity and build quality this phone has but i'll cover the positives first. Battery life is great. Has a rubberized backing which feels better than any other phone i've had my hand. Camera quality is great and the AI assisted camera settings helps create photos that stand out compared to other android phones. However, the build quality of the phone is absolutely the worst i've ever known of. I know you can't expect a smart phone that literally folds in half to be invincible but for being over half a thousand dollars this thing is a joke. The screen is basically made out of a thin plastic film that can be damaged beyond repair if you knock, hit, scratch or dent in the slightest, most minor type of way. Half of the screen's display immediately went black after I simply dropped my laptops stylus pen on it from about 2-3 ft above it. There is no room for error with this phone. NO second chances like you would usually get from a phone with a glass screen. The usual phone's screen may crack but still function until you can get it repaired/replaced. This one will leave you without giving you the chance to ever say goodbye. So do yourself a favor, save the heartbreak and just never even introduce yourself

Best buy made me pay $45 restocking fee

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The phone was fine except it wouldn't play nice with my Android auto in my car so I took it back one week later and had to pay a $45 restocking fee to return it when it wasn't working for me properly and I wound up going somewhere else and buying the next model up and it works great with my Android auto I'm real disappointed in Best buy for not waving that $45 restocking fee or I would have bought the next phone there
