Works well has some issues connecting but I use it everyday and couldn't live without it!

I thought this would last last for a little bit longer on standby if you talk for 15 minutes it dies in less than 4 hours. You only have around 1 hour talk time or standby only lasts 6 hours with no calls. Battery life is not too good.

Excellent headset. You don't have to about wires. Automatically connects. No pairing just turn on Bluetooth on your phone and put sliver on ear and you are ready. I have tried numerous headset. I have tried both Bose headsets, plantrinics, Moto,motorolas and this is the best.

I love this bluetooth headset. I wear it all the time. I forget I am wearing it. I listen to audio books when I drive, or even as I walk around town. Best bluetooth headset I have ever owned!

Not very Comfortable, did not work well was hard to hear on and people to hear me. I went back to the Bose Headset much better for me.

Difficult product it is extremely hard to figure ou and very difficult to use. If it was simplified maybe it would be a good product. In addition it is uncomfortable to wear.

Its great to feel safer using the phone in the car. In the past I would always pull over to talk on the phone. Still keep the calls short, but nice to know that when needed I can be reached and I will answer the phone.

it does not fit my ear. I never even got to the point where I could really try it because it will simply jot stay in my ear.

it is a good looking earpiece but, it is very uncomfortable and connectivity is lousy.I had static a majority of time.

I purchased this device and after one month of operation, the ear holder molding snapped when switching device on. Very disappointing for a Motorola product.

I am going to return this as I am sick of people saying they can't hear me. The only time it seems to work well is right after a full charge. Even with 4 hours of talk time people still can't hear me well. Otherwise I love the design but the pros don't outweigh the cons.

You can hear alot of background noise although the package states the opposite.

But you have to get the protection plan. I have broke it a few times but I take it back to best buy with no trouble

I have tried other ear pieces and this by far is the absolute best ... Very clear communication
