A: I do not know. I like the Silver 2 -- didn't experience flimsy. Yes, sometimes it is hard to fit over ear; however, I've gotten better with practice.
A: If you have insurance on your item best buy will give you another at no cost.
A: Mine says device 1 connected, then I make sure the bluetooth button is on during the call. Other than that, just start playing music and it should work. I have the note 4 also. I did the check for updates and installed the latest OS before using the sliver. Settings->general->about->software updates->check for updates. Mine works on version 5.0.1
