Customers commend the Smart Nursery 1.0 Gal. Humidifier + for its quiet operation, but criticize its Wi-Fi connectivity, capacity, and smart features. While users appreciate that the humidifier runs quietly, they express frustration with the inability to connect to Wi-Fi, the need for daily refilling due to limited capacity, and the non-functioning smart features.

This is a great item for the price. Has trouble sometimes staying connected to wifi and have to reset it up, but it is a quick process and it still works with or without the app function

The wifi connection is a plus but it does not always connect that well. For the most part, happy with it but it would be equally as happy with a regular humidifier.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!. When I purchased this, I was facinated by the that it was a Smart device - capable of being connected with a smartphone. It worked great as a humidifier. But I could not connect it to my devices, regardless of how I followed the instructions. As a result it was return.

Everytime you turn it on or change the setting, it has a loud beep. The led lights are also super bright, so if your going to use it in a baby room or a room with someone already asleep- not a good choice! I returned mine.

Other than the WiFi setting on the humidifier not working well nor connecting to my phone. The product does what it’s suppose to do.

It does normal job as any low cost Humidifier does, that's it!
Rest all the funky things that is mentioned on box will work only for 1 week and then it won't, I brought this majorly to control it via Wi-Fi, it worked well for initial 1 week but then it doesn't connect to its Smart Nursery app, even complaining is useless, no doubt that Motorola is going down

This item keeps my small room filled with great aromas during the winter, and helps me to sleep comfortably during the evenings when I have a cold.

It does it's job well. Unlike other reviewers I didn't find it noisy at all.

Too expensive, Bluetooth never would work just wouldn’t connect to my phone... Just like Motorola looks Fancy and promises big things but never delivers... Much Cheaper alternatives that do a better job....

Bought the entire Motorola setup for our sons nursery. We have officially returned every single one of the pieces. I’m surprised that Motorola allowed these to be put out under their name. We had so many difficulties getting this to work wirelessly and connecting to Wifi.

None of the smart features work. The Hubble app constantly fails to recognize the humidifier. I've attempted to create schedules for when the humidifier should run, but the app changes the time that I've set and never turns on.

Smart it is not. Drops off from network - too much of a hassle to go through the setup everytime. One gallon lasts two nights - my Rowenta is larger and last nearly five days before needing water. Not sure where i can find the two (yes 2) replacement filters. Modern look and fits perfectly in bedroom but too many quirks that need to be worked out. App is subpar. Next future model might get it right.
