its a great buy , sound is perfect and functions are what i need it seems to be what i was looking for , maintain comunication with family and work , i would recommend this product

works great, easy to use for my 7 year old, in town we have over a 2 mile range. Have not really used it outside of town, but looking forward to using it this summer for camping trips. Like to calling feature the best, my son knows when to answer it .

These are a pretty good set of walkie talkies. I like all of the additional features on them. However, I have not been able to have success in getting these to reach miles a part with clear transmission. I take them to the lake and can't use them 2 miles a part when I run into town.

The weather feature is nice and it is overall simple to use.

They do the work, i use them at church as secury guard.

Bought these radios for my hotel that I work at and they work great. Can hear my staff clearly through all areas of the hotel and even off property for roughly a mile or so.

Hard to hear when the volume is all the way up but range was decent. Vibrating call function was also nice because it was difficult to hear

The volume is a little low compared to other Motorola's I'm use to using. Other than that there great.

an inexpensive answer for a job site to stay in touch with field

I bought this radios for quick communication in distances from 500 to 800 feet. They really work very good. Words are transmitted very clear.

Good value. Range is acceptable for most recreational use, no where near the advertised optimum range. Expected that at the outset. Used recently on an auto caravan trip to communicate between cars no more than a couple miles apart. No problem. Expect the weather alert capability and flashlight function may come in handy someday.
