Frequent connection issues

While it works I had some issues with it such as you can't hotspot a phone while using this as it seems to use both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi at the same time. When I connected my phone to a charger in my call it would drop connection for a second or two every 5 minutes. I swapped one out thinking it was defective but the second one had the exact same issue. I love the idea but it did not seem to work well.

I tried it again on my CX-5 to see if it was the car - NOPE! Same Issue. Connectivity issues are annoying.
