Motorola MA 1 - Great Product

I have had the MA 1 for 3 weeks now and it is working great. Setting it up was a breeze, no issues at all. I did have to reboot it once to get it to connect to my phone, but other than that it is working as expected. When changing songs there is a slight delay compared to the wired connection (maybe a couple more seconds) but I haven't had any issues with Google maps. It is just nice to not have to use a cable to use Android Auto. I highly recommend this product!

When it works its great! Problem is it doesn't always work. Ive reset it, ive went in to bestbuy install center and they've reset it. And itll work for a few times then not. Shame because it seems to be a good product when it actually does work.

I got this because my vehicle's android was only wired, and the wire would die every other month. When i found this product, I picked it up. After set up, I will never go back to wired android auto. I have had any problems and definitely suggested this to anyone with a wired android auto vehicle.

I never uses android auto because i thinks its ridiculous you have to plug in your phone. I came across this device and now use it everyday. Sure it has a few glitches but its well worth it in my opinion.

Was extremely simple to setup in the car and made it so I was able to leave my phone in my pocket while driving. It does occasionally disconnect but typically connects again within a minute

Works great!! Instantly turns on Android auto!! No issues with it loosing connection or anything!! The only issue i have is it stays connected when my jeep is off (the usb port stays powered when vehicle is off) so i have to either unplug it when I park OR turn off my Bluetooth on my phone.

This only works okay. I had times where I had to reset it to get it to work again before it completely stopped working. I reached out to Motorola for a replacement and they sent another unit that did the exact same thing. I'd recommend only buying if you're okay with only getting a year or so use out it.

So I have Android Auto on my car but for some reason it would constantly disconnect even through the cable was still connected.bit was very frustrating when using the android auto navigation feature. I ended up buying this wireless android auto adapter and works perfectly without loosing connection. Worked so well I ended up buying a second one for our second car! Love the product and definitely recommend it!

I previously had a kickstarter version of a wireless adapter that was dropping Bluetooth connection for no reason. While Motorola's is slower to connect when starting the car by about 5 seconds, it hasn't dropped so far and feels much better to use. Price is high but it's worth it. Best on sale though. Only advantage is that i can charge my phone while driving and listening from my phone at the same time. It is only Android Auto or charging otherwise.

Bought one of these for my car in April of 24 and a second for my wife's car in May of 24. So far mine works well but hers already stopped working and we are awaiting a replacement under the warranty. Time will tell how long these are actually good for. On the bright side they both did hook up fairly easily in work well as long as they work.

This is often connected and playing music before I get out of the driveway. By way of comparison, I previously owned a $600 Kenwood car stereo with built in wireless Android Auto. It often took over 30 seconds to connect and begin playing music. Only downside is the short cable. But, regarding that, longer cables would likely reduce consistency of connection which is also why I haven't used an extension to put it in the glovebox.
