Reboots at the worst times. Almost missed exits and menu will freeze. On second one and it's doing the same thing so it's not on my end. In the same area with the phone connected to a USB connection, no problem. Same area with this device and it disconnects.

Connection is the worst, had to resort to the cable

Selected this based on the reviews. Was to be used in a 2023 Subaru Impreza paired with Samsung Z Fold 5. Took several attempts trying to pair. Phone had problems locating the adapter. Did a factory reset and was finally able to pair. Took anywhere between 15-20 seconds to connect when starting the car. The issue was the constant skipping. It would skip about every 30 seconds so quite annoying while driving to work. On the way home, same thing so just used Pandora with the Bluetooth connection. No skipping. When I got back home, did a factory reset and paired again, issue persists. Decided to return it to the store instead of exchanging since it's about an hour round trip.

I was not able to see it working because my car only has apple car play.

Awesome once you get it working if it keeps working. A royal pain in the backside to get connected the first time.

Bought a knockoff one previously was very dissatisfied with it. This one works perfectly loads quick connects quick and actually allows me to use my steering wheel buttons to communicate with phone.

Good luck doing a factory reset. It was working marvelously for a while and then it stopped working. The motorola support webpage says to hold down the pairing button (only button on the adapter) but it never changes from a solid red color. Can't factory reset it. This is actually my replacement. Guess what happened to my first one? Yup, it stopped working, tried factor resetting and nothing. Motorola sent me a free replacement. This second one is doing the same thing. Unfortunately, can't recommend it if it stops working and can't factory reset, so it becomes dead weight.

Excellent product, quality. Solved my problem for my car.

Worked great for a day, then it wouldn't connect to my phone. I looked at it and was very hot to the touch. I exchanged for another one but it would disconnect every now and then and when navigating places I would have to pull over and re enter the address and start navigating. I went back to using just a cable.

Connect flawlessly. Very convenient. Small form factor.

This was just what I needed for my 2016 Ford Flex.

Worked for 12.5 months and now cuts out ever few seconds. Since it was just out of a warranty period, I will pursue a replacement of a different brand instead of trying this one again.

Works great...no more stupid USB cable required!!!

The product worked fine for a year and never randomly disconnected. All the sudden, about one month after the 1 year warranty was up, it stopped working. I hardly touch it, so it's very odd that it just stopped.

Have had it 2 days, Love it . Was worth the wait .

Price is right but the unit has problems. Basically it works 80% of the time but the rest of the time just doesn't connect. I've only been able to fix that by resetting it. Very frustrating. I'd get a different brand if I were doing it over.

I set it up and it worked perfect until i turned off the car. I had to restore the device then it worked. Then i paired my wifes phone and mine never worked again. I restored it 5 more time and every time it would work until i turned off the car. After the first use, it would never paunche android auto.

I was a little warey of buying one of these after hearing others' setup and frequent disconnects but this was literally plug and play and havent had any issues yet
