Worked for about 6 months. It stopped connecting. Tried to do factory reset but still didn't work. I bought another one and that also stopped working after about 6 months.

The item worked and it was great for a couple of weeks and then all of a sudden it just unpaired itself and I couldn't reset it and get it to reconnect again and it just aggravated me

It worked perfectly fine for two months. Then in July it started to disconnect here and there. I had to reset all connections. Then it would work fine for a while. But today towards the end of October 2024, it completely stopped working. I tried everything the Motorola website told me to troubleshoot and nothing. This is junk. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this. Motorola fix your stuff.

Hands down the most cheaply made pices of garbage on my third unit now they only last about 3 months then they'll just completely fail and stop working software-wise they are good as they worked pretty much natively with Google's Android Auto wireless feature

I had this for just over a year and then it stopped working FULL stop just after the warranty conveniently expired. I will never buy another motorola product again.

Do not buy! One year later, this item stopped working. In line with multiple reviews about this unit only lasting 1 year.

This sucks to write this review because this device gives me what I want and would add to my functionality and convience. Unfortunately its so inconsistent, contant connect and disconnects. Ran all the updates. Ran Play Store, Galaxy Store, Major updates. Reset Network settings, ive factory reset my device. This just doesnt stay connected. Even when it does that its inconsistent on how bad its going to maoe your driving experience. Example, it doenst just disconnect but it will pretend it was never using Maps before so you have to do it again. Simply this product is not worth the price. Fix it and I would love it.

When it work it is awesome the problem is it cuts in and out way to much when listening to music, podcasts, audiobook that suck it also just randomly freezes up i just stick to cable.

Im not sure what causes it. After about an hour, it'll have connection issues. If I unplug it and plug it back in, it seems to work. Ive tried this with 2 different android phones and its the same thing.

I want like it but that's hard to do when it disconnects as frequently as it does. Really frustrating when I'm relying on Android Auto for navigation and shouldn't be fiddling with it while operating a vehicle.

This device skipped at times while listening to Pandora. I had to clean install my android device before it worked properly. Then every once and a while it would donit again.

Originally worked great for the first couple of days, then you would hear the audio randomly cutting out and skipping parts of songs. Shame because otherwise it's a neat product. Using Pixel 6

This thing only connected twice in 4 days and when i got out and back in my 2019 Ram it wouldn't connect again. I kept having to pair and unpair, cycle my Bluetooth etc and still fight with it to connect and only connected twice.

Item works pretty good, but I had to turn off my VPN for it to work. Now I'm having problems with my phone

I was one of the many who suffered constant disconnect/reconnect issues with this adapter. I couldn't even get through an entire song without it messing up. Entirely defeats the purpose.

I have owned 2 of these and they work for just over a year, conveniently outside of the manufacturers warrant.

Had to return it. Did not work as said. Even after a worker told me i had to buy a different phone that was capatible ( which i bought from best buy too). Then i took it to the store to see if one of the techs could help me and they told me they didnt hav anyone that goes out to the vehicles anymore that. Even afterbtje person i talked to on the phone said to bring it in to hav someone look into it. Maybe they were meaning a different store i dont know but it was a big waste of my time,money and gas

Takes awhile for it to turn on. After it does, my ipod turns off and plays Spotify without my concent. I can't change it back. Had to use VLC app to bypass it and play off my phone and it sometimes plays my ipod. I might be me, but shouldn't be this hard to use.

I purchased two of these adapters, and they both gave out just after the warranty ended. They would not connect to the truck's radio via Bluetooth. Do not buy them. They are garbage.
