Then in July it started to disconnect here and there. I had to reset all connections. Then it would work fine for a while. But today towards the end of October 2024, it completely stopped working. I tried everything the Motorola website told me to troubleshoot and nothing. This is junk. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this. Motorola fix your stuff.

Unfortunately its so inconsistent, contant connect and disconnects. Ran all the updates. Ran Play Store, Galaxy Store, Major updates. Reset Network settings, ive factory reset my device. This just doesnt stay connected. Even when it does that its inconsistent on how bad its going to maoe your driving experience. Example, it doenst just disconnect but it will pretend it was never using Maps before so you have to do it again. Simply this product is not worth the price. Fix it and I would love it.

Really frustrating when I'm relying on Android Auto for navigation and shouldn't be fiddling with it while operating a vehicle.

After about an hour, it'll have connection issues. If I unplug it and plug it back in, it seems to work. Ive tried this with 2 different android phones and its the same thing.

I had to clean install my android device before it worked properly. Then every once and a while it would donit again.

Even after a worker told me i had to buy a different phone that was capatible ( which i bought from best buy too). Then i took it to the store to see if one of the techs could help me and they told me they didnt hav anyone that goes out to the vehicles anymore that. Even afterbtje person i talked to on the phone said to bring it in to hav someone look into it. Maybe they were meaning a different store i dont know but it was a big waste of my time,money and gas
