The product worked for the first day I used it, but since then I've been having issues. The song stutters, has an echo when calls (on my end), and either doesn't connect or drops the connection.

Stopped working after a couple of months would not connect and reset didn't work. Motorola costumer support did not respond to emails.

It connected easily and maps worked great. However, the audio would skip every 30 seconds no matter the song. I don't stream music, its all stored on my phone so i don't have to worry about signal or lack there of. I reset it, reset my radio, everything. I even contacted customer service and they provided some info on how to get it working right but it didn't work. Would not recommend.

Loses connection in serval specific places around town and when it happens, it makes the most awful sound. My previous one did the same thing and after having it for less than 8 months, it suddenly stopped working.

Works great the only thing with it is that it takes a little long time to connect each time you go in your car

I've had two go out on me now, one lasted a year or so, the next was maybe 3 months.

Worked great.... For about 9 months. Now it just disconnects and reconnects constantly. Tried resetting, using different phones to no avail. Reached out to Motorola but have not gotten any help. It's just a junk peice of plastic now.

Works sometimes always breaks Ive had 4, luckily best buy replacement is free. Motorola wont help you and their turn around time is 15 days.

Went bad about 8 months later. Tried every troubleshooting method I could find online. It turns out that they just fail. Difficult setup and impossible repair/reset.

Doesn't boot up when starting vehicle.All it says is loading phone,but it never loads.

Stopped working after about 2-3 months. Cant get it to start working or reconnect again, tried factory resetting, etc.

Very un consistent in keeping a stable connection to the phone.

Works well most of the time, but regularly disconnects.

Doesn't work with Samsung S24 - Android 14 I had it originally working with my old android phone with Android 11

Disconnects from the phone more than it should. I don't recommend this.

It will work for a while, until it simply overheats and it's done. There are so many complaints about this project on many tech related sites. Do not buy unless you love throwing away your money.

It provides wireless Car Play/ Android Auto, however it is prone to frequently disconnect from my phone constantly
