poor performance

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a Mr. Christmas for 7 years before it stopped working a few years ago and have been on the search of a replacement since. however, this unit seemed like a refurb upon arrival, but I know how hard it is to find one of these and my neighborhood loves my dancing lights, so I stuck with it. The speaker is very quiet, people had to kill their car engines to hear. I would've returned, but kids and neighbors were so happy to see my lights partying again.

You Cant hear the music well on these latest model

I gave it to my mother for her display. This " new" one you can barely hear. The one I gave my mom you can hear all over her neighborhood. It really puts her neighbors in the Christmas spirit as well as her. I sent one to my son also. Im so disappointed as I thought mine was broken but after reading reviews seems its common.

Christmas in July or December?

It lasted two days outside this year after it was delayed last Christmas. This year it didn’t even last to Christmas. I would not recommend it you plan to use it outside other than if it is nice outside, which does not apply to winters in the north.
