This is the gold standard coffee maker. The water is HOT. It never leaks, it brews quickly, and the coffee stays fresh a long time without "cooking".

Brew a full pot in 7 minutes. Great job of reaching a hot temp and also keeping the hot temp with a good thermal care. Easy to operate controls. We liked it so much, we bought a second one for our other home and threw out the Cuisinart coffeemaker.

I have to be honest with you and note that I have not yet made coffee with this new coffee maker; however, I have set up and prepared the coffee maker for its first use. The coffee maker is well designed and is straight forward to use. I really like the stainless steel carafe. Please be careful to follow the set up and use instructions.

The cofee maker seems to be well made,but you have to make sure the pot sets properly underneath the coffee maker

Purchased this to replace a old Mr Coffee that clogged and leaked. Like the idea of a water filter for our hard well water. Still working on getting just the right coffee amount.

Product works well, makes a good brew and like the aluminum carafe. I wish there was an alarm or auto stop the brew cycle when carafe not in place. I set all up late at night to start delay brew in the morning and forgot one critical item...to put the carafe in it's place. Coffee EVERYWHERE at 6:15am. Other than my gaffe - the coffeemaker works well

Coffee stays hot all day ,easy to program, and easy to use

I've always been partial to a stainless steel carafe which led me to this machine. I love the simplicity of use, yet great features such as filter and alert when coffee is not at its freshest (2 hours later). It's a nice reminder to refill your joe before it gets cold. It was a few extra bucks than I was anticipating on spending but I'm glad I did. And it brews so quickly!!

Best model for ease and enjoying coffee. Timer brews while i sleep. Coffees fresh and stays good for hours. Shuts off and carafe keeps coffee fresh while not burning or bitter. Every 90 pots indicater light reminds me to run through dishwasher. Cleans well. Third purchase goin back 15 years . It has been dropped full and didnt break or spill.

Went from a Black&Decker 12-cup with an insulated carafe to this one. The Black&Decker was slow and hard to keep clean, this one is much faster, has a slide-out coffee basket and is easier to fill. Only reason for not 5-stars is that I have to make a second 1/2 pot to fill up my to-go cup before work.

This item produced very good coffee and has nice stylish design for a modern kitchen. Great rice.

Delay brew is a great feature. Carafe keeps coffee warm beyond 2 hours. Great tasting coffee.

Works well. Looks nice and much hotter for longer period of time than glass carafe

Makes a great tasting Brew, but the carafe leaks between plastic and stainless steel on outside while brewing. Will also leak from the area when pouring brew into cup. Not sure why they made a carafe that would leak. Seen other reviews online having same problem. Its a little annoying having to wipe up after brew, and not sure how much brew being lost
